The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. Psalm 14:1 KJV President Trump let your people go. America would rather die with its boots on than hiding from an invisible killer. There is nothing worse than watching your business and country being destroyed, so let America go back to work and fill the morgues if necessary. I would rather be dead than seeing America brought to its knees by China. It is time to call a spade a spade, this is a direct...

A parody in the voice of Sen. Chuck Schumer: Gun owners, do you struggle with an addictive urge to buy firearms on the fly while goose-stepping through gun shows and pawn shops? If so, my fellow Democrats will happily relieve you of all your guilt … and your guns. Forget wasting time plugging silhouettes of bad guys with bullets – blast your addiction publicly on social media by plugging these two pending Track 'n Grab gun bills: The National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) Data Integrity Act would amend my original Brady Bill. Tuesday evening’s Coronavirus Task Force update was especially compelling in many ways. It was a very somber event, during which President Donald Trump, Vice President and Task Force leader Mike Pence and doctors Deborah Birx and Anthony Fauci informed the nation about the reasons behind their current messaging that America should expect somewhere between 100,000 and 200,000 people to die from the Wuhan Virus, COVID-19. It went on for more than 2 hours, as the single most accessible President in modern U.S. history and the Task Force members addressed every question the corrupt press corps wanted to ask. At the...

The U.K. saw its largest single-day death toll from the coronavirus Tuesday with 563 deaths, according to data released by the British government Wednesday. The 31 percent spike brings the national total to 2,352 deaths. As of Wednesday morning, 29,474 people in the U.K. have tested positive for the virus. The new deaths included 16 in Scotland, 29 in Wales and two in Northern Ireland. The nation’s Office for National Statistics reported earlier this week that the illness accounted for 1 percent of all deaths in England and Wales, with 103, for the week ending March 20. 'All Muslims' intending to travel to Islam's holiest sites to perform the hajj should delay making plans this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, a senior Saudi official has said. In February, the kingdom took the extraordinary decision to close off the holy cities of Mecca and Medina to foreigners, a step which was not taken even during the 1918 flu epidemic that killed tens of millions worldwide. Restrictions have tightened in the kingdom as it grapples with 1,563 confirmed cases of Covid-19, and 10 reported deaths so far. Every year, as many as two million Muslims perform the hajj...

Sen. Bernie Sanders argues that there’s still “a narrow path” for him to win the Democratic presidential nomination – but front-runner Joe Biden disagrees, saying he feels “confident” he will be the party’s nominee. Starting with his landslide victory in South Carolina one month ago, Biden has crushed populist senator from Vermont and built up a large lead in the crucial race for convention delegates, making him the all-but-certain Democratic nominee. Biden also enjoys a massive wave of support from former 2020 rivals and leading Democratic members of Congress, governors, unions and other groups, as much of the party consolidated...

There's not just a coronavirus epidemic. There's apparently also an outbreak of amnesia—and we're not only talking about Joe Biden. On today's Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough, criticizing President Trump, said: "We've heard, Zeke Emanuel, that nobody could have seen this coming. The fact is, everybody saw this coming. Everybody saw this coming in early January."What? Did Scarborough forget what NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio said on Scarborough's own show on March 10th: March 10th!Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

While the Trump administration's Department of Health is forecasting some 200k or more deaths from the coronavirus scare and lots of hell over the next few weeks, here is the bell curve that South Korea has been sliding out of now since the middle of March as they are well on their way out of the virus scare. South Korea was also hit pretty good with this virus being right next door to China ...

Kellyanne Conway said Wednesday that former Vice President Joe Biden should call the White House and “offer some support,” rather than criticizing President Trump’s response to the coronavirus pandemic. Conway, counselor to the president, in an interview with “Fox & Friends” on Wednesday, said Biden’s recent comments about the Trump administration’s efforts to combat the spread of COVID-19 were “disappointing.” “I think it’s really disappointing to have President Obama’s number two, who apparently doesn’t talk much to him, out there, criticizing, instead of saying 'hey, here is what we did that we thought was effective,'” Conway explained.

A popular DJ in the United Kingdom, who had been battling leukemia for two years before testing positive for coronavirus, died Friday after telling doctors to go and “save someone else’s life." He came down with an "infection" on March 16, according to a GoFundMe page created by his sister Laura. She said that COVID-19 started to attack his body and made his condition deteriorate at a much faster rate.

The coronavirus, combined with the public and private reactions to it, has affected every aspect of Americans’ lives, including the ways they learn. From pre-K to graduate seminars, many classes are moving online for the duration of the pandemic and perhaps beyond. That may spur pedagogical reforms that will lead to the creation of more Emersonian independent thinkers, people who can quickly find, analyze, and synthesize available data to come to reasoned conclusions on important matters—a resource that seemed in mighty short supply when the coronavirus hit the proverbial fan in mid-March. Many colleges and universities will evidently have to...

A 66-year-old Virginia musician and pastor who had questioned coronavirus media coverage died from the disease after a trip to New Orleans. A 66-year-old Virginia resident who fell ill with the new coronavirus, or COVID-19, on a trip to New Orleans died Wednesday morning at a hospital in Concord, North Carolina. The death of Landon Spradlin, an accomplished musician and a pastor, has drawn viral attention online, in part because earlier this month Spradlin questioned whether media coverage of the disease was overblown. Spradlin lived in Gretna, a small town in Pittsylvania County, about halfway between Lynchburg and Danville. While...

Early data from yet another study of the antimalaria drug hydroxychloroquine in Covid-19 patients is interesting, and perhaps promising, but doesn’t clear up questions about the therapy’s efficacy, analysts say. The study, conducted by scientists at the Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University and distributed before peer review on Monday, is among the first randomized, double-blind clinical trials of hydroxychloroquine in Covid-19 patients. The drug has received enormous attention as an experimental Covid-19 treatment after President Trump highlighted its perceived potential in media briefings and on Twitter, and the Food and Drug Administration authorized its use to treat Covid-19 on an...

Tuesday on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360,” network White House correspondent Jim Acosta said at the coronavirus press conference President Donald Trump seemed “scared.” He said, “Anderson, I will tell you in seven years I have covered the White House, that is the most stunning briefing I have ever sat through. To have public health officials come in and try to explain to the American people that they need to come to grips with the fact – or the very strong likelihood that we’re going to see 100,000 to 200,000 Americans die over the next couple months from the coronavirus. I...

BEIJING (Reuters) - A team of Chinese scientists has isolated several antibodies that it says are "extremely effective" at blocking the ability of the new coronavirus to enter cells, which eventually could be helpful in treating or preventing COVID-19. There is currently no proven effective treatment for the disease, which originated in China and is spreading across the world in a pandemic that has infected more than 850,000 and killed 42,000. Zhang Linqi at Tsinghua University in Beijing said a drug made with antibodies like the ones his team have found could be used more effectively than the current approaches,...

A ray of hope today that the spread of the coronavirus across American appears to be slowing down. The coronavirus may not be as deadly as original estimates predicted, according to a new study published on Monday. The study, published in The Lancet Infectious Diseases medical journal, says previous estimates were too high because they were based on the case fatality rate (CFR) and didn't account for undiagnosed cases. The study estimates that the mortality rate of the coronavirus is actually .66 percent.Earlier this month, Dr. Anthony Fauci estimated that the mortality rate of the coronavirus was about 2 percent. "If you look at the cases that have come to the attention of the medical authorities in China, and...

Democratic Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, who has drawn attention for her scrapes with President Trump over the federal government’s coronavirus response, is on Joe Biden’s list of potential vice presidential candidates, Biden said in an interview Tuesday. The former vice president made the remarks during an appearance on MSNBC, after host Brian Williams asked whether Whitmer had “lengthened” Biden’s shortlist due to her performance during the pandemic. “She hadn’t lengthened the list — she made the list, in my mind, two months ago,” Biden said, adding that he expects to have a shortlist of six to 10 women to be...
