A day after President Trump delivered a statement from the White House about the administration's efforts to combat the coronavirus, Former Vice President Joe Biden offered a press conference of his own. He noted that his presidential campaign had cancelled election night rallies they had scheduled in Cleveland, OH, taking his own advice to "avoid public gatherings." That's all understandable, and a good tip. But then Biden pointed fingers at Trump and accused him of "xenophobia" because he called COVID-19 a "foreign virus" in his White House address. He also said the Trump administration was guilty of several "misjudgments" since...

RUSH: Now, there are other things still related to this that we didn’t get into in the first hour. And, you know, Trump’s banning travel from Europe. Democrats not happy about this, folks. They do not like losing their precious travel from their precious European Union even for a day. Some people have asked, “What did you think of president’s speech last night? You didn’t say.” I thought he gave the right speech at the right time. Look, I know some people get frustrated. “My gosh, couldn’t they do something with the sound? You could hear the president breathing.” You...

Listening to Biden and Sanders talking about fighting this virus, you'd think it was Christmas time for big government programs. They can hardly wait for the free market economy to come crashing down so they can ride in on their socialist unicorns to save the day. Woo hoo!! Do we ever have a big government socialist 'free' healthcare, 'free' money plan for all, baby. Open borders, too.

Rep. The freshman lawmaker weighed in on the ongoing debate over an economic relief package designed to combat the ramifications of the coronavirus. She said while proposals, like expanding unemployment insurance, are good, they are not enough and pushed for far more drastic, big-government measures.

It won't be comfortable in a city that has grown used to substituting talking points and campaign ads for governance, but the nature of the coronavirus crisis demands answers, and here's why. Washington, D.C. — Washington’s politicians are frightened for the economy and for their health, but in all this fear and the rush to flee the city there might be room for a political bargain — the kind of bipartisan bargain the working class and small and mid-sized business owners need to get through what’s coming.Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin are...

As old Joe Biden would say, Look, Fat, look, here’s the deal: I’ve been warning for years that it would sooner or later become “Islamophobic” to offer even the mildest opposition to jihad violence, and that the “Islamophobia” mongers would become increasingly open about their support for jihad terrorists, and here we are. On Thursday, 174 Democrats in the House of Representatives voted against an amendment to the Rights for Transportation Security Officers Act that would prevent the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) from hiring convicted terrorists. Yes, you read that right: if these House Democrats had gotten their way, on...

One day inside probably won’t hugely affect your health—but it’s not great to constantly stay cooped up from morning until dark. The biggest issue is that entering hibernation mode means you don’t get any exposure to natural light. Sunlight tends to improve your mood, and it helps your body produce vitamin D, which has been shown to help regulate the immune system, reduce inflammation in the body, and more. Sunlight also helps keep your internal body clock on schedule; your circadian rhythm plays a major part in regulating your appetite, sleep schedule, and energy levels... Also, a study out of...

No. Not a cure. Not a vaccine. A treatment. A treatment that is effective in at least slowing the further spread of illness to global populations, might cure not just financial markets, but global economies prior to further exacerbation of negatively trending conditions. This treatment I speak of is known as Remdesivir. The firm behind that name is Gilead Sciences (GILD) . The stock is a member of my "Virus" group, and has easily outperformed the broader market as well as most of my book as equities have sold off hard. Remdesivir Since the very beginning of public cognizance that...
