King County has started work on temporary housing for people who may need to be quarantined because of exposure to coronavirus. The county started moving in trailers Tuesday afternoon in the White Center neighborhood in the 200 block of southwest 112th Street. For the first time, a U.S. survey found that black children appear to be more likely than white kids to be diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and other learning disabilities.
