Rules of Engagement for Muslims hasn’t changed in hundreds of years - why would we expect it to change now?
1) If infidels are present, Shia and Sunni sects will unite to enslave (physically, economically), convert, and then annihilate all infidels
2) If no infidels present, Sunni will turn against Shiite until one or the other is annihilated
The only question is, are you an infidel?
