Just had a thought on how Obamacare could be stopped. Not to mention all future taxation of a persons inactivity would be stopped. Simply author a bill that states "The federal government CAN NOT tax individuals for inactivity. Nor can they tax an individual for not buying a good or service." I know this will not happen because they bill would have to be 1000 pages long and full of other worthless things. But essentially would this work?
