President Obama is set to mediate a summit between Israel and the PA's Mahmoud Abbas at the end of September. But the real question is, who will mediate between Israel and Obama? The Obama administration's general hostility toward Israel, as well as its efforts to prevent Jews from building houses in Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria, has resulted in the majority of Israelis believing Obama is biased toward the Palestinian Arab side, with barely a third believing him to be neutral. Now the same pundits and diplomats who clamored for the U.S. to be seen as an honest broker must...

As President Obama was leaving town on September 12 to campaign for Obamacare in Frankensteinia, the capital of Minnesota, and home of Al Franken; hundreds, then thousands, then millions of patriots entered the District of Columbia almost invisible to the state controlled media, which hardly noticed those ordinary, non-racist Americans who were not marching on D.C., because Obama is a black man, or even half a black man. That's the message you will hear from the Olbermann,Maddow,Matthews,Pelosi and Tavis Smiley crowd. As someone suggested, " I can't help to wonder if the Prez was eyeing the mass of humanity trucking...

Boy oh boy, someone is going to get a talking to during the morning conference call with Rahm Emanual, and James Carville. George Stephanopoulos, the host of ABC's This week with ABCs Inside The White House Guy, let loose a little truth on his blog this week. The former press secretary of the Clinton administration, who has a daily conference call with his ex-White House colleagues, wrote an article which disagrees with most of the Democratic party pundits. It says that Barack Obama's big health care speech last week was not the game changer that they hoped for:

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Some 5,000 patients suddenly found themselves without an ob/gyn last November when Dr. Tara Wah closed her practice in Tallahassee, Fla. Wah, 55, informed her patients in a letter that she could "no longer afford to make ends meet." After 24 years, "I'm working longer hours than ever," she wrote. "Insurance payments for patient care have stayed virtually the same for the last 15 years, while the cost of doing business, including health insurance, staff salaries and supplies have risen." The rising cost of malpractice insurance, particularly for her specialty, was the straw that broke the...

Man, oh man, what an incredible day yesterday!!! Not only did a ton of patriotic Americans turn out to demonstrate their First Amendment right yesterday in Washington D.C., but there were many other tea parties held all over our great country. People are truly waking up and standing up, and I could not be more proud of all of you. I just wanted to write a short post on this fabulous, beautiful Sunday that the Lord has made to let all my readers know that I will be a guest on #1 Alaska Talk Radio Host Eddie Burke's show tomorrow,...

Recently featured on Good Morning America, the Environmental Working Group identified a “dirty dozen” list for the most contaminated produce that includes: peaches, apples, bell peppers, celery, nectarines, strawberries, cherries, kale, lettuce, grapes, carrots, and pears. Eat fewer of these and you will live longer, they suggest. The EWG’s suggestion is seriously wrongheaded. First, there is a considerable body of evidence showing that consuming relatively large amounts of fruits and vegetables has tremendous public health benefits. Second, there is scant evidence that the traces of pesticides found on these products poses any health problem whatsoever. Researchers at the Harvard School...

Saddam Hussein killed more Arabs and Muslims than any other Middle Eastern leader in recent history. He committed genocide against the Kurds, launched wars of aggression against Iran and Kuwait, launched missiles at Israel and Saudi Arabia, tortured innocents without compunction and imposed totalitarianism in Iraq. His regime brought unprecedented war, terror and misery to the region. Why, then, does the Butcher of Baghdad remain such a heroic figure to so many Arabs? DENVER - "Thousands of Coloradans turned out for a tea party that offered politics and patriotism but no crumpets. They met under the golden dome of the capitol for two rallies - each with flags waving and signs criticizing president Obama and the ruling democrats. "We're fed up with what's going on. And I'm not going to take it anymore," said one speaker to a throng of applause. They say they're fed up with the government's intrusion in health care and billions in stimulus spending. "Primary issue brought out is health care reform being debated right now. Just very concerned...

1 fact NYT magazine's latest J Street article got right: J Street seems to pop up in all the right places lately, buoyed and immunized by indulgent, adoring and uncritical journalists. The upstart lobby was invited to join other Jewish organizations in a July meeting with US President Barack Obama; a month later it attended a meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. Yesterday's New York Times magazine published the latest paean to J Street, portraying it as brash and brave, representative of 92 percent of American Jewry, and a young and open organization willing to take on a monolithic and...

The tens of thousands of protesters marched to the U.S. Capitol chanting various slogans and waving posters that voiced a rather broad array of grievances against big government and the leaders, particularly President Obama, who the protesters blame for its size and scope.

It's remarkable that in the whole brouhaha about Joe Wilson shouting "You lie!" at President Obama's assertion that illegal immigrant won't be covered by Obamacare, no one has pursued the question, "Who's right?" So here's the answer. Yes, illegal immigrants will be covered for Obamacare. Or rather, "Illegal immigrants may be legally ineligible for Obamacare, but they'll get covered anyway." How do we know this? Because it will be in the interest of all the players -- doctors, hospitals, any other care provider, social workers, immigration lawyers, plus the immigrants themselves -- to get them into the system. The only...

What is a conservative? Allitt is not sure. This is odd because you’d think a man who wrote an entire book about conservatism would have provided an unambiguous definition. But Allitt is shy about this important matter, and, like Justice Stewart, is content to know it when he sees it. However, we cannot bypass this question—even though most readers will be satisfied that Allitt identifies all the usual conservative suspects—because when the alleged insult “You’re a conservative!” is hurled, we have to be know what it means. It cannot be that a conservative is one who wishes to see the...

This September 12th was SUPPOSED to be the day that Nazi's, KKK members, militia wackjobs and christian cultists were supposed to "march on Washington" to get our president impeached because he is black. In reality, only a few hundred of them showed up, according to CNN. However, as you can see from this picture, nearly 2 million COUNTER PROTESTERS showed up to stop them!

It's a shame this conversation focuses on Glenn Beck, a decided lightweight in the info-tainment lineup, but he is the person coming to town and causing anxiety among some local people. The Easton branch of the NAACP asked the theater to cancel Beck's show because members attribute statements to him such as President Barack Obama has a "deep-seated hatred" for white people. I can't tell you first hand if Beck did or did not say such a thing but I can tell you it doesn't bother me one way or the other. In fact, I don't care about anything that...

Crowds also gather in cold rain outside Colorado Capitol By Michael Booth The Denver Post Posted: 09/13/2009 01:00:00 AM MDT A large crowd of Colorado protesters seeking lower taxes and smaller government echoed a Washington, D.C., rally from the steps of the state Capitol on Saturday, with hundreds lingering despite a cold evening rain. Two separate, but largely sympathetic, gatherings in the morning and evening were part of a national movement opposed to what organizers call expensive, socialist-leaning government programs. Signs attacked economic stimulus plans, "Obama care" and tax increases, demanding that government stick to its purely constitutional limits. "We...
