I was flipping through th channels today and saw a clip where a dem representative in FL said at a rally that Republicans were against Obama's Healthcare plan and were "for death and disease". However, when I did a web search, I found ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except for the link provided here. Amazing that this is NOT covered by the media.....but then again maybe not after Van Jones, ACORN etc.

Within the past year Sarah Schupp has hired five new employees with freshly minted college degrees. She fired one on his first day for inappropriate sexual comments to a co-worker. Another lasted a week before getting a pink slip. ..." you can't call in sick at 7:45 a.m. just because you don't want to come to work at 8 a.m." Jeanne Achille also was disappointed with the hiring of a recent college hire, promoted by a university professor as a "superstar" and fired after three weeks when it was discovered she spent hours online at work visiting a dating site....

OWOSSO, Mich. (AP) - A jailed Michigan trucker charged with gunning down two people, including an anti-abortion protester, cut his arm in an apparent suicide attempt, prosecutors said Saturday as they disclosed that the man's mother once worked with another intended victim. Harlan James Drake, 33, was taken to a hospital with a self-inflicted wound near his wrist, Shiawassee County Prosecutor Randy Colbry said. He didn't know exactly when Drake was transported or what he used to cut himself. "He attempted suicide. It sounds like he's going to make it but it's a serious gash, a very serious wound to...

Comprehensive information on all candidates in the 2010 Senate races. The dems have 16 incumbents seeking reelection; the pubs, 12. Further, the dems have 3 seats held by them that will be (or in Kennedy's case, is) vacant; the pubs, 6. The table below lists every candidate that has filed their paperwork to enter the race, along with links to their campaign sites. The only folks left off are those that have filed but subsequently have publicly stated that they are no longer in the race.

DAYTONA BEACH -- Police in Daytona Beach are looking for an armed robber they say shot a young mother in her car while her infant daughter was in the backseat. Wanquesha White, 19, told investigators she went to visit a friend on Jean Street Friday night when a man forced his way into her car. She says he threatened her at gunpoint and stole $90. As he was leaving the car, he shot her in the leg. White's daughter was not hurt. The gunman got away. However, Sammie Crooms, 27, was arrested and charged with being a principal to armed...

As of right now, there are estimates of anywhere from 1.2 million (via local police) and 2 million (via ABC News) people in Washington DC demanding that their elected officials stop playing silly games and listen to them. I expect the attendance number will come out somewhere in between. Stephen Green reported a conversation between Stacy McCain and Barbara Espinoza, who was in DC actually counting the people who passed by her post. She said they had counted 450,000 by noon and people were still rolling in. Stacy McCain has boots on the ground at the 9/12 Rally and is...

Extreme, fringe, and tea-baggers … this is what your Senator thinks of all of you. And the very fact that he has had to resort to using fowl sexual language to describe his constituents gives you a good indication of the state of his campaign. Chris Dodd won’t improve his chances of re-election with talk like this. In one easy to read statement, Dodd’s campaign manager called hard working constituents Extreme, fringe, and tea-baggers. High School!

It Pays to tell the truth, but it REALLY pays (and saves as we will see later) to accurately point out when others are not. Enter stage RIGHT Rep. Joe Wilson of South Carolina who has recently broken the 1 million dollar mark in fundraising. Wilson campaign: Fundraising breaks $1 million, passes Miller The out pouring of support comes on the heels of one of the most "despicable, disrespectful and disgraceful" acts ever committed by an individual, anywhere at anytime. WARNING the video below contains graphic language and is not suitable for enlightened, science based, stage two thinkers:

LAHORE: Former Pakistan president General Pervez Musharraf has blamed India for the formation of terror groups such as the JeM. Talking to a private television channel, Musharraf said it was the oppression of Muslims in India by the Hindus which forced the Pakistani youth to take up militancy and extremism and form terrorist groups such as JeM. Musharraf also defended his action of supporting the United States in its ‘war on terror’ post 9/11 attack saying Pakistan’s existence could have been endangered if he would have not done so.

APOPKA — Wildlife officials are putting the squeeze on owners of "monster" Burmese pythons. On Friday, Delilah, an 18-foot-long, 400-plus-pound python who fed on rabbits in an Apopka-area backyard, was seized. Earlier in the week, officials, acting on an anonymous tip, uncovered 11-foot-long male Burmese python, dwarfed by its female companion, a 17-foot behemoth weighing more than 150 pounds, at a Lakeland home. The owner did not have a permit and is being charged with two misdemeanors.

Doctors said I'd had a miscarriage and did nothing as my premature baby fought for his life Like all mothers, Sarah Capewell will never forget the first minutes she spent with her newborn baby. She told her tiny son how much she loved him, gently kissed his face and took photos of him wrapped in the pretty blanket she'd bought for his birth. Then she held him tightly in her arms and watched helplessly as his body grew cold and he finally stopped breathing. Sarah pleaded for help from hospital staff from the moment he was born, but none came....

Thursday afternoon, MSNBC anchor David Shuster—who earned his stripes as a producer of “news segments” of the Michael Moore vein of "reporting" for Chris Matthews’s Hardball—made this statement while talking about the Joe Wilson “You lie,” kerfluffle: MSNBC ANCHOR DAVID SHUSTER: “You look at the image of the Republican Party, all white males with short haircuts. They look sort of angry. No women, no minorities, and it looks like they’ve sort of become unhinged.” I’m not willing to play Shuster’s game and count noses in the GOP, but if you looked at MSNBC’s coverage of Republicans, you would think the...
