Zillionaire Kelly Clarkson has just experienced one of the greatest injustices of our time, and honestly, we’re not sure how she’s managing to cope. The multimillionaire singer and TV talkshow host visited a quirky little toy store in Brooklyn, where she fell in love with a mechanical bird named Molly. But poor Kelly was told she couldn’t buy the bird, and for reasons we’re still confused about, she came home, hopped online, and turned this very normal situation into some Pretty Woman sequel. Rule 5: Watch out for 'The Pretty Woman mistake' | by Aparajita S Rao | Medium Yes,...

Cruz alleged that El-Sayed's purported associations could jeopardize American intelligence operations and military personnel overseas. He emphasized that elected members of Congress don't undergo the traditional executive-branch security clearance process, although access to particular classified information is subject to congressional rules and need-to-know restrictions. Cruz devoted much of the podcast to challenging El-Sayed's recent denial of family connections to the Muslim Brotherhood during an appearance on NBC's "Meet the Press." Asked by moderator Kristen Welker whether he or his family had ties to the organization, El-Sayed said, "No." Cruz disputed that denial, citing social media posts by El-Sayed's half-sister Eman...

As polar ice melts in the Arctic, shipping lanes are opening up, making the region a new zone of superpower competition. Writer Rana Foroohar got an up-close look aboard the USS Healy, a Coast Guard icebreaker. She says that traversing the North Pole by ship — once a "largely conceptual" route — is now becoming a "real possibility" for two or three weeks a year. "If you are taking one of these Arctic routes, you can save as much as 40% of the time it would take you to go from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and depending on the...

On Wednesday, MS NOW’s Ken Dilanian delivered the blockbuster ‘news’ story that FBI Director Kash Patel had just landed in Russia. This was according to reliable ‘sources.’ How reliable? Patel was actually in this hemisphere at a law enforcement event in Virginia. D’oh! Dilanian’s silly ‘sources’ had Ben Williamson with the FBI’s Public Relations office chuckling. (WATCH) I have had many strange experiences in life, but in tier 1 had to be seeing a clip of MS Now reporting breaking news that Kash Patel has “just landed in Russia” - right as I’m receiving pics of Kash Patel doing a...

Feds building case to deport Ilhan Omar as new details emerge about DC home raid Rep. Ilhan Omar and her husband were at their Washington home Monday morning when federal agents executed a search warrant, taking the Minnesota Democrat’s cellphone, notebooks, personal computers and her passport, according to a new report. The “Squad” member is the target of separate federal investigations, The Post confirmed Wednesday, with prosecutors in Minnesota probing potential immigration fraud, while the office of DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro is pursuing an inquiry into the finances of Omar and her husband, Tim Mynett. The Wall Street Journal,...

The Trump administration pushed for an unusually aggressive search of Rep. Ilhan Omar’s house in recent days in an immigration fraud probe that targets the congresswoman, possible false statements made on government documents, and a potential conspiracy, according to multiple people familiar with the investigation. Prosecutors, however, first had to contend with a federal magistrate judge, in a prolonged back-and-forth that hasn’t previously been reported. Judge Matthew Sharbaugh of the DC District Court ultimately limited how the Justice Department could access Omar’s documents in Monday’s search, before he would approve the warrant, because of her role as a member of...

The Talarico campaign's handling of its candidate's nearly two-week disappearance from the trail has raised plenty of questions, and I don't expect the left to ever admit where those questions lead. Texas State Rep. James Talarico (D-50th District) blamed the flu for his absence, and that cover story has plenty of problems. After nearly two weeks of radio silence, the campaign only spoke out after rumors that he’d checked himself into a mental health facility spread like wildfire and appeared to be confirmed by audio recordings with the facility. The Talarico campaign suddenly rushed to deny the claims and rolled...

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, revealed Wednesday that former special counsel Jack Smith and the Biden Justice Department obtained extensive personal information on more than 639,000 individuals, including Republican donors and supporters, during the Arctic Frost investigation. The disclosure suggests federal investigators went beyond their stated mission of examining President Donald Trump’s efforts to challenge the 2020 election results. According to Grassley’s findings, investigators obtained spreadsheets containing names, birth dates, home addresses, email addresses, political affiliations, employment information, donation histories, credit card information and donor habits. The records reportedly covered a 16-year period, from 2005 through 2021, which...

Things got weird, but there's a lesson to be learned: Don't trust a bot to negotiate for you A YouTuber who’s gained a following for trolling AI interview bots brought his own computing companion to an interview with him. As chaos ensued, viewers learned that having an AI as your interview agent isn't a good idea. Graham Dot Zip is a comedian whose YouTube channel has blown up recently thanks to videos of him demonstrating the absurdity of AI bots used to conduct early-stage interviews with job candidates. AI interviewers have become quite the phenomenon in recent months, and not...

Europe resents its dependence on American military power while criticizing Washington’s foreign policy, exposing the hypocrisy, insecurity, and economic decline undermining its global influence. Nearly every week, another psychodrama arises between the United States and its NATO partners. Europeans blame the Trump administration for the usual things—a lack of cordiality and bombastic threats. But two truths, rarely spoken, characterize all these spats. One is hypocrisy; the other is insecurity. Take Trump’s recent demand that Ukraine cease attacks on Russian diesel refineries. Given the midterms and the critical issue of fuel prices, it was understandable that Trump might request an energy...

President Donald Trump's new White House press secretary Katie Zacharia failed the California bar exam and has never passed one in the United States, despite repeatedly describing herself as a lawyer and being introduced by the president as an attorney. The revelation has sparked fresh questions about the legal credentials of Trump's latest high-profile appointment, whose professional history includes working at a prestigious Chinese law firm and serving as general counsel for a political nonprofit. Zacharia, who graduated from Pepperdine University's law school in 2011, sat for the California bar exam shortly afterward but failed, a person with direct knowledge...

Beginning with its 2008 Heller decision, culminating in the 2022 Bruen decision, the Supreme Court made clear three primary--and many other--things: SNIP Never mind the gun confiscations and abuses of liberties that could follow and provoke a second civil war. They’re building a paradise, and they won't let a trifle like the Constitution get in their way. In the meantime, honest Americans suffer: According to an account from the Associated Press, on September 28, a 22-year-old off-duty specialist with the Oklahoma Guard deployed to Washington, D.C., as part of an ongoing safety task force was traveling in an SUV with...

A United States Air Force major who publicly demanded the impeachment of President Donald Trump while wearing his military uniform has reportedly spent nearly two months in solitary confinement as he awaits court-martial proceedings. Major Jason Watson, 40, a longtime Air Force officer and graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, has been held in pretrial confinement since August 18 after repeatedly calling for the removal of President Trump and Vice President JD Vance. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Watson was arrested on July 1 after participating in an impeachment demonstration outside the U.S. Capitol. The event was associated...

🇺🇸Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem🇮🇱 (10/15/26)[Prayer]Personalities Psalm 53[a] For the director of music. According to mahalath.[b] A maskil[c] of David.1 The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, and their ways are vile; there is no one who does good.2 God looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. 3 Everyone has turned away, all have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one. 4 Do all these evildoers know nothing? They devour my people as though eating bread;...

The verdict is in on James Talarico’s little Agatha Christie escapade, and worshippers in the House of the Donkey are going to be less than pleased. The polls, for the first time in months, have Ken Paxton in the lead. The Quantus Insights poll is widely considered to be the most accurate, for what that’s worth. (It was the only poll to get 2024 right.) Quantus has Paxton at 47.2 to Talarico’s 46.7. A half a point does not seem earth-shattering, but you also have to throw in the GOP correction that nobody likes to talk about, which in previous...

‘We got over communism, and now we are a country with a strong economy,’ Over the four decades since regaining its independence from Soviet-dominated rule, Poland has been transformed. Excluding oil-exporting states and financial hubs, incomes have converged with western levels at the fastest rate in the world; from 40% of the EU average in the mid-1990s to 81% last year. National income surpassed $1tn (£755bn) last year, ranking Poland among the world’s 20 largest economies. International Monetary Fund projections show income per capita will soon overtake Japan and Spain. the Gdańsk shipworkers’ Solidarność movement and Pope John Paul II’s...

SNIP Blockers is a loose sequel to the The Fifth Risk, in which [author Michael] Lewis focused on the transition from the Obama to the Trump administration and the disruption caused by the new team’s almost complete lack of interest in their jobs. It focused heavily on what different departments and agencies do and why they matter. This time around the problem is not indifference but malicious intent to destroy. The “blockers” are the dedicated officials who try to stop the wanton and often illegal destruction of their life’s work by Elon Musk’s Doge or other agents of chaos. They...
