A FOURTH young man has come forward to police claiming former Wollongong Wolves mascot Ken Franks forced him to have sex when he was a child. The boy was just seven when Franks allegedly began having sex with him and indecently assaulted him in 1996, Wollongong Local Court has heard. Six counts of aggravated sexual assault, four counts of aggravated indecent assault and three counts of gross indecency were among 22 fresh charges laid against Franks by the Director of Public Prosecutions yesterday.
