Fox News host Tucker Carlson reported a former business partner of Hunter Biden's criminal defense attorney has been picked as a top Justice Department official in President Biden's new administration. It has already been revealed that Nicholas McQuaid, a former federal prosecutor, was picked as acting chief of the Justice Department’s criminal division. Hunter Biden confirmed in early December, after his father won the 2020 election, that he was under federal investigation. Carlson said on his show Friday night that McQuaid worked with Christopher Clark as partners at Latham & Watkins and worked on cases together right until McQuaid took...

Discussing the overnight resignation of National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, CNN's David Gregory managed this morning to work in a broad swipe at the president. Gregory claimed that "the fledgling foreign policy in the Trump administration [has] been a disaster." Really? Gregory ignored: the widely-praised, weekend-long meetings that Trump just concluded with Japanese PM Abe; Trump's positive conversation with Chinese Premier Xi and the confirmation of the One China policy; the re-establishment of the special relationship with the UK and its PM May, and of course the healing of ties with Israel after years of Obama animosity culminating in his...

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan, through his counsel Beth Wilkinson, has asked for U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to rehear his case against the immediate dismissal of the Michael Flynn prosecution. The Thursday petition for rehearing comes after a three-judge panel on the D.C. Circuit granted Flynn’s petition for writ a mandamus on June 24, directing Sullivan to dismiss the case. “The panel majority granted the extraordinary writ of mandamus to prevent the district court from receiving adversarial briefing and argument on a pending motion. The opinion is couched as a fact-bound ruling based on...

Stephanie Wilkinson made headlines last year when she booted Sanders out of her restaurant the Red Hen in Lexington, Virginia. Now she's backing the unnamed server at the upscale Chicago bar The Aviary who spat in Eric Trump's face as he walked in on Tuesday night and was briefly detained by Secret Service agents. Stephanie Wilkinson, the owner of...

The owner of the Red Hen restaurant in Lexington, Virginia, penned an op-ed in the Washington Post Friday defending a Chicago server who spit on Eric Trump. Stephanie Wilkinson, who co-owns the restaurant known for kicking out former press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, wrote in the op-ed while “no one in the restaurant industry condones the physical assault of a patron,” Trump administration officials can be targeted for assault and battery in public places. Wilkinson added: Restaurants are now part of the soundstage for our ongoing national spectacle. Whether the bar or restaurant serves merely as the backdrop, as in...

LEXINGTON — One year ago today, the owner of The Red Hen in Lexington asked White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders to leave her restaurant. News of the incident spread across the country within minutes after Sanders tweeted about what happened. Protestors traveled to the 7,000-person city and gathered outside the restaurant with signs, chants and in one case, chicken poop. The restaurant’s phone line was hacked, fake Yelp reviews caused its rates to plummet and dozens of people made fake reservations. The Red Hen closed for 10 days as national media converged on Lexington. President Donald Trump joined in...

We are winning! Several days ago Stephanie Wilkinson kicked Sarah Huckabee Sanders out of her Red Hen restaurant because Sanders worked for President Trump. Not polite, not nice. As we found out more, like that Stephanie Wilkinson is executive director of Main Street Lexington, which promotes downtown Lexington businesses, I dug up the names and email of her partner businesses and suggested we write them. That discussion thread has several hundred comments and likely resulted in lots of email to these people. It did! Look at this morning's Fox News Report at http://video.foxnews.com/v/video-embed.html?video_id=5802047887001So, here's our challenge. Write a new or...

FREEP THIS POLL- Vote: Should Stephanie Wilkinson remain as director of Main Street Lexington? She's the owner of the Red Hen who kicked Sarah Sanders and family out of the restaurant. Lexington is mad as Hell.

Red Hen owner Stephanie Wilkinson kicked Sarah Huckabee Sanders and her family out of her restaurant because she works for President Donald J. Trump. We've seen the news on this, the posts on Yelp, Facebook, etc. Well, there is more. Stehpanie Wilkinson is Executive Director of Main Street Lexington, which strives to promote business in downtown Lexington, Virginia. This is Rockbridge count, which voted 62.4% for Trump! I think we need to bring Wilkinson's bigotry to the attention of the bigger community and see if they back her or Trump. Main Street Lexington needs emails and phone calls to hear...

In an interview with former British Prime Minister Tony Blair on Sunday's NBC Meet the Press, host David Gregory attempted to blame the war in Iraq for ongoing Islamic terrorism by citing the former head of Britain's MI-5 claiming the conflict "increased the terrorist threat by convincing more people that Osama bin Laden's claim that Islam was under attack was correct" and "provided an arena for the jihad for which he had called." In response, Blair blasted the argument: "We've got to liberate ourselves from this, because we're making a huge error when we end up thinking somehow it's our...

(VIDEO-AT-LINK) Police wanted to arrest former NBC “Meet the Press” host David Gregory for showing an illegal high-capacity gun magazine in a TV showdown with NRA chief Wayne LaPierre, according to newly uncovered documents. A Washington Metropolitan Police Department detective said in the documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act by Judicial Watch and Legalinsurrection.com said there was ample evidence to charge the host, since fired and replaced by Chuck Todd. In an affidavit, the investigator wrote that “there is probable cause that the offense of possessing a ‘high-capacity’ magazine was committed in the District of Columbia. Therefore your...

After a long legal effort, transparency group and blog win document. In a nearly forgotten controversy David Gregory, then host of NBC’s “Meet the Press,” appeared on TV waving a 30-round ammunition magazine from the network’s District of Columbia studio. Gregory was aggressively interviewing the National Rifle Association’s Wayne LaPierre in December 2012, asking if it might be a good idea to ban the high-capacity magazines. His prop, ironically, violated a District of Columbia law making it illegal to possess an ammunition magazine - even an empty one - that holds more than 10 bullets.
