'These outrageous allegations are simply false. I took the photos given to the media nearly 15 years ago and the reality behind them is nowhere close to what is being described,' Porter said in a statement Wednesday. 'I have been transparent and truthful about these vile claims, but I will not further engage publicly with a coordinated smear campaign.
  • Stop making heroes out of people who undermine their boss, regardless of what you think of him

This is not what honorable people do. I had a boss once that I gradually lost respect for. (I hope said boss doesn’t read this and recognize himself, but it was many years ago I’m sure he’s done fine without me.) There’s no point going into all the reasons. But I got to the point during three years of working for this person that I did not believe the organization he led could ever succeed because his inadequacies as a leader would not permit that to happen. (In fairness to him, once I became the CEO of my own organization,...

President Trump needs to fire some of his staff. They are doing him and the country a disservice. President Trump has made excellent appointments for his cabinet and Supreme Court. However, the same cannot be said about his staff. He has a staff infection. Some of his staff members need to be fired. They are incompetent and / or yes men. They undermine him. They make him look bad. They don't represent him well. Suggestions on those who should be canned: Reince PriebusSean SpicerKellyanne ConwaySteve Bannon (is he still around?)Who else? What say you? Agree? Disagree?

  • War on Women? President "Fairness" Pays Women Less than Men

In recent days, if he hasn't been pitching "fairness" and adoption of higher taxes with his so-called Buffet Rule, President Obama has been pandering to women voters.  On April 6, he paraded a group of ladies in front of cameras at a blatant campaign event – funded by taxpayers and hosted at the White House - thinly disguised as an economic forum.   The White House said the purpose was to "highlight ways the administration has helped create ECONOMIC SECURITY for women."  (emphasis added) But, so far as we know, the President failed to explain to the visiting ladies why women...

Suns out, guns out… It’s going to take more than a little oil and a brittle economy to keep these White House staffers down…or their shirts on. Check out White House spokesman Tommy Vietor and chief speechwriter Jon Favreau partaking in an impromptu, shirtless beer pong match at Old Glory in Georgetown on Sunday. Who says working at the White House is all work and no play?

The White House is not supposed to be a partisan political tool, but during the Clinton administration the President Clinton sold evenings in the Lincoln Bedroom to Democratic party and raised a total of $5.4 million for the Democratic National Committee during 1995 and 1996. New York Times reported that some Democratic fund-raisers say they explicitly sold invitations to White House coffees, arranging invitations for $50,000 to $100,000. "I think it is fair to say that there was an understanding that if we became a trustee member [a member of the Democratic National Committee's managing trustees program], there was going...

One by one, gleaming motorcades pulled up outside of a white-columned home on a farm just outside this city, each depositing the wife of a foreign leader here for an economic summit. Inside, Michelle Obama waited for her first turn as international hostess. It was up to her to show a good time to counterparts from around the globe while President Barack Obama and the other world leaders debated the world's fiscal mess. Guests were led to a patio of the home, owned by Teresa Heinz Kerry, the local philanthropist and wife of Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., the former Democratic...

"History always makes a sharp turn in Washington when a new American President takes the oath of office, and so it will once again on January 20, 2009. There will be new Cabinet members, a new Congress, a new foreign policy, a new style in the East Wing, new embarrassing relatives (if the past is any guide), and new first friends." PHOTO CAPTION "The President of the United States is one of the world's most public figures, yet the power and tradition of the office veil his life in a tightly controlled, highly protected enclave (above, in Benin) that few...
