Georgetown police shot and killed a dog following a violent altercation Sunday morning. Police were sent to 909 N. Congdon St. about 8:30 a.m. Sunday where they saw a 41-year-old woman limping outside the house. She was covered in blood and had cuts on her legs and hand.
