Actor Timothy Busfield wants a judge to dismiss a grand jury indictment tied to sexual abuse charges, arguing the case is unfair and lacks evidence. Busfield filed the motion earlier this week. The charges stem from allegations that he sexually abused two boys on the set of "The Cleaning Lady."
