On August 31, 2024, in the neighborhood of Waianae, about 30 miles west of Honolulu, Hiram Silva attacked a home with a large front loader, ramming cars into the house. The Silva had a rifle and a pistol. Silva then shot and killed three women in the carport and wounded another man and a woman. Below is my column in the Wall Street Journal on the growing counter-constitutional movement in the United States. This assault on the Constitution is being led by law professors who have lost their faith in the defining principles and institutions of our Republic. Here is the column: Kamala Harris declared in Tuesday’s debate that a vote for her is a vote “to end the approach that is about attacking the foundations of our democracy ’cause you don’t like the outcome.” She was alluding to the 2021 Capitol riot, but she and her party are also attacking the foundations of our...

In 2005, when Kamala Harris, the District Attorney of San Francisco, supported a complete Handgun BAN and confiscation with Proposition H. Proposition H banned the manufacture, distribution, sale and transfer of firearms and ammunition within San Francisco, and ban City residents from possessing handguns within San Francisco. (https://cdn.thereload.com/app/uploads/2024/09/November8_2005.pdf ) And confiscated the guns people already had by giving them 4 months to turn them in without legal consequence. Not only did Kamala support this law, she sponsored it: You know what makes this even wilder Proposition H Passed. So not only would gun owners in San Francisco have to turn...

The United States Army has responded to Congressional questioning over training slides that labeled pro-life groups as terrorist organizations, revealing that over 9,000 soldiers were trained using those slides. Despite this, those responsible are still refusing to give any explanation as to how this was allowed to happen, or how it will be prevented going forward. This summer, slides from the training presentation at Fort Liberty in North Carolina were leaked, which included National Right to Life and Operation Rescue as potential terrorist groups. Bullet points said being “anti-abortion” and “Pro Life,” as well as opposing “Row v Wade [sic]”...

Democrat presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris said she would not be taking away anyone’s guns then immediately pushed an AR-15 ban during a Tuesday question-and-answer with reporters at the National Association of Black Journalists. Harris said, “I am a gun owner, and Tim Walz is a gun owner, and we’re not trying to take anyone’s guns away from them, but we do need an ‘assault weapons’ ban.” t appears that such a ban — if it were actually a ban — would take AR-15- and AK-47-style rifles away from the law-abiding Americans who currently own them

The legal system keeps protecting terrorist supporters. There’s been a fairly consistent two-tier justice system approach nationwide to pro-Israel and pro-Hamas activism. While it popped up most obviously at UCLA where multiple terror supporters attacked Jewish students and community members, and only when the Jews fought back, was there suddenly action, and at the Adas Torah synagogue attack, where the only arrest made was of a Jewish community members, it’s been fairly consistent nationwide. The only person arrested for ‘rhetoric’ was a pro-Israel man in New York despite numerous incidents of threats and abuse by terrorist supporters. Local law enforcement...

Kamala Harris has already signaled that she is coming for our guns. She called mandatory gun confiscation “a great idea” that she’d do by executive action within her “first 100 days.” Here’s Kamala calling mandatory gun confiscation “a great idea” that she’d do by executive action within her “first 100 days.” pic.twitter.com/AJwXNHKuP3 — Trump War Room (@TrumpWarRoom) September 8, 2024 Top Harris surrogate, far-left Georgia Democrat Senator Raphael Warnock, appeared on Meet the Press with Kristen Welker on Sunday morning to endorse this overt attack on Americans. Despite Democrat water carrier Welker uncharacteristically pushing Warnock for an answer, he did...

Denver is a hot spot for dumping Venezuelans who’ve crossed our open-borders while Joe Biden’s Border Czar Kamala Harris sat back and the crisis unfold. ... Last night, a shocking 911 call was shared by Libs of Tik Tok on X, that revealed 32 armed Venezuelan migrants were attempting to overtake an apartment complex in Chicago last night. ... A U.S. District Judge ruled Friday that Illinois’ ban prohibiting concealed carry for self-defense on public transportation violates the Second Amendment. The judge, Ian D. Johnston, issued his opinion in Schoenthal v. Raoul. The plaintiffs in the case, Benjamin Schoenthal, Mark Wroblewski, Joseph Vesel, and Douglas Winston, all claimed the ban violated the Second Amendment. Schoenthal, Wrogblewski, Vesel, and Winston’s case was supported by the Second Amendment Foundation and the Firearms Policy Coalition. Judge Johnston noted: In Illinois, openly carrying firearms is unlawful. Under the Firearm Concealed Carry Act, an individual with a concealed-carry license may generally carry a concealed...

All pro-life people need to support and vote for Trump in the 2024 election. They need to take the huge, giant “W” (aka the win) on abortion that the Supreme Court gave America with the Dobbs decision and carry their fight against abortion to the state level. They also must understand that the moral fight over abortion is inextricably intertwined with the greatest cancer of 20th-century American government, namely, judicial activism. If we lose this one, we’ve lost the nation. This is how close we are:They want to overthrow The Constitution pic.twitter.com/d1g35Vavwy — Elon Musk (@elonmusk) September 1, 2024A vocal minority...

A teenage farm boy is about to get a killer education Close to a half million boys under the age of 18 were involved in both the Union and Confederate forces during the Civil War. Some historians believe as many as 100,000 Union soldiers were 15 years of age or younger. Although statistics are not available for the rebel forces, it is believed the South had a similar proportion of underage soldiers. What is shockingly clear is that the boys who were exposed to the horrors of war in the four years of unbridled bloodshed were hardened and trained to...

This new breed of Commie Democrats are truly pathetic. They have absolutely no respect for the American public. Kamala Harris posted a letter from “Tucker” Tuesday night on her Twitter page promoting gun control. The tweet made people think it was from Tucker Carlson. Here is the text: Vice President Harris, One of my absolute favorite things in America is how people of different backgrounds and beliefs have the freedom to communicate with each other. We are so blessed to live in a country where the greatest currency is the free-flowing exchange of ideas. In America, we are blessed with...
