  • An Easier Way to Stop Joe Biden

Courts have repeated thrown out President's Trump's lawsuits, often with contempt and scorn. As far as I know, not even a single fraudulent vote has yet been judicially identified and removed from Joe Biden's tallies. What I suggest instead is to go after Joe for state law felony voter corruption, while Joe Biden is still within the grasp of state law. Florida Statute 104.061(2) provides: (2) No person shall directly or indirectly give or promise anything of value to another intending thereby to buy that person’s or another’s vote or to corruptly influence that person or another in casting his...

Revisionist histories are nearly always written (or posted to the internet) with an agenda in mind — it's no different for the Pilgrims and Thanksgiving.Four hundred years after the Pilgrims landed in Massachusetts in November 1620, this Thanksgiving promises to be the most isolated celebration in living memory. Thanks to the internet, however, virtual gatherings will be possible. Thanksgiving in the age of the internet also means, for many amateur historians, debunking the many myths surrounding the story of the original Thanksgiving. This project of correcting the Thanksgiving legend has picked up steam in recent years. It is part of...

About 10 days ago I watched the first part of a 4 part series on the life and times of Ronald and Nancy Reagan and posted about it here. This is my review of part 2 of the series. While part 1 showed him as greagarious, loveable and a bit of a buffoon part 2 got downright nasty. He is portrayed as a racist who used code words to scare white people into voting for him to halt the black scourge sweeping America. He was the original dog whistler, though his son (who is the worst ingrate) said he never...

Every movement has its flaws and one of the biggest ones we conservatives have is that we always seem to be waiting for a “man on a white horse” to show up and save the country. We want to just go about our daily lives and then wait for a Reagan, Trump, Cruz, Gowdy, Palin, Limbaugh, Levin, Shapiro, Bongino, or whoever the latest conservative hero is to show up and carry us to victory on their shoulders. Unfortunately, that’s not really how a movement wins. A movement wins when regular people do the right thing, demand changes, and then elevate...

  • Famed Puerto Rico telescope to close in blow to science, search for extraterrestrial life.

The National Science Foundation announced Thursday that it will close the huge telescope at the renowned Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico in a blow to scientists worldwide who depend on it to search for planets, asteroids and extraterrestrial life. The independent, federally funded agency said it’s too dangerous to keep operating the single dish radio telescope — one of the world’s largest — given the significant damage it recently sustained. An auxiliary cable broke in August and tore a 100-foot hole in the reflector dish and damaged the dome above it. Then on Nov. 6, one of the telescope’s main...

Sen. Joni Ernst called Trump campaign attorney Sidney Powell's comment that candidates "paid to have the system rigged" in their elections "offensive" and "absolutely outrageous." In an interview Thursday, Ernst said claims of voter fraud are discouraging to voters and may hurt Republican turnout in the Georgia runoff races because Trump voters doubt the system. "That is an offensive comment for those of us that do stand up and represent our state in a dignified manner," Ernst said. "We believe in honesty... to insinuate that Republican and Democratic candidates paid to throw off this election I think is absolutely outrageous....

Yes, according to the law, all ballots of all types must be counted before an election can be officially closely or certified. This includes ballots coming from overseas, from drop boxes, polling places, etc. Winners can be announced before counting is complete:It is mathematically possible to “call” an election and announce a winner before the ballot counting is complete – (but that does not mean the counting stops!) The calculation is made based on the ballots already counted to that minute and remaining outstanding ballots to count. When the polls have closed and ballot counting reaches a point where one candidate...

I will look at what I believe are some of the weak links in election security. I am not a letter carrier or an election worker, so I don't fully understand US Postal Service or supervisor of elections office procedures. If I am incorrect in some way, kindly fill us all in while leaving my skull whole. Anytime a ballot or its electronic equivalent is made, transferred or counted, there is an election security risk. Legitimate ballots are generally made in three different ways - by commercial printers, at supervisor of elections offices or at polling places. Commercial printers can...

The trump campaign is in various courts questioning many mail & provisional ballots. Why not show them in tallies, they show mail ballots in tallies on the official website. Pennsylvania lists 46 counties in a table, with provisional ballots Total, Counted, Partially Counted, Rejected and Unprocessed at this Time. Where are the other 31 Counties? Missing are the most populous counties, and a bunch of counties which are heavily Republican.

There are four major devices involved, the master registration computer, ballot issue computers, voting machines and the tabulating machine. Voters vote on voting machines. The supervisor of elections of a populous county might have 2000 ballot issue computers, 500 voting machines and one tabulating machine. Each voting machine compiles records of votes and of election worker interactions with the machine. I will use English representations for the records and will use an exclamation point as a comment indication for my explanations to you, which of course are not recorded by the machine. The voting machine will record election worker interactions...

I keep playing this scene out in my head in terms of our current election in the United States. Marcus Aurelius is the Emperor of Rome who decides to name General Maximus Meridius as his successor. The Emperor's son, Commodus, is enraged by this decision and decides to murder his own father (while subsequently lying about the horrible deed) in a selfish effort to become Emperor. To me, Marcus symbolizes We The People since we have overwhelmingly decided in favor of Trump as our leader. However, the enraged democrats decide to lie, cheat, and obstruct their way into power instead...
  • How and when are election results finalized? (2020)

    11/08/2020 4:57:41 AM PST · by Oldeconomybuyer · 9 replies
Election results are finalized through processes called canvassing and certification. Canvassing generally refers to how state and local officials confirm the validity of ballots cast in an election. Certification is the process authorities use to formalize the election results based on the canvass. However, some states, localities, and commentators use the terms interchangeably to describe the entire process of counting ballots and formalizing results.[1] Election result certification deadlines are set in state law. Certification deadlines for the 2020 election are as follows: The certification deadline in six states is within one week of the election. In 26 states and the...
