Dear Kash Patel, My name is Dr. Vance Luther Boelter E.D.D. I am the shooter at large in Minnesota involved in the state[1]2 shootings the morning of Saturday June 15th at approximately 2:30 am and 3:30 am or around [that] time. I will probably be dead by the time you read this letter. I wanted to share some info with you that you might find interesting.I was held by U.S. Military people off the books starting in college. I have been on projects since that time in Eastern Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa. All in the line of duty what I thought was right and in the best interest of the United States.Recently I was approached about a project that Tim Walz wanted done, and Tina [Smith] was aware of the project. Tim wanted me to kill Amy Klobuchar and Tina [Smith] to take her seat as planned.Tim wants to be a senator and he cheated hard to take her seat as planned.Tim is going to stay in at the last minute, with Amy gone—then Tim would get one of the open senate seats, and [Keith Ellison] wants to be gov, and both [would be] rewarded with a cabinet position, and [Keith Ellison] wants to be gov, and both [would be] rewarded.I told Tim I wanted nothing to do with it and that if he didn't call off that plan I could go public. He said he would [have it] hurt my family if I don't play ball. Then he set up a meeting with me and Mid—and to talk about jobs when I arrived they had some people waiting to kill me. I was able to get away by Gods mercy. So I came back a short time later and shot up the place at both. I want to make a point I didnt fire one round at any police officers and by god did I have plenty of opportunity. Ask the police report on how many weapons and ammo I had with http://me.Page 2:Cops were pulling up right next to me in their vehicles and I had an AK pointed right at their head and I could have left a pile of cops dead but I didn't.[I] shot at DFL headquarters. Law enforcement. You can ask them. Because I support the police and dont want to see them hurt.But if they are hurting my wife + or kids next time I wont give them a pass.If you think I'm making this up just get on the phone and tell Tim you have a few questions for him. If he knows me and see what he says? If he says he doesnt know me, he never met me look in the files and you will see if Tim Walz possibly approached me first to be on his Governors workforce boards. Boards are all the business representatives. He is probably trying to destroy all info but its public record.Then ask Tim Walz why they kept the states silent and the media didn't say much about the story. Signed off the first one with a bribe or something. Why? They need to get votes for senate or something? Not a word in the press same goes about "what happened". Tim is probably paying bribes. So Everyone was on the same page about it. What happened? I'm guessing that. But I I know everyone was in on it. I'm still at large and he knows what I can do you can bet on that right now. Because I'm still at large and he knows what I can do you can bet on that.If you want me to turn myself in it need to be directly to you and then I need to be held in a military prison or in a secure [facility] in the middle East, or at least on a ship. These guys have their arms everywhere and can get to anybody to keep my family safe. They had nothing to do with this. I am willing to spill all the beans. I didnt want my family hurt. This was a one person job and they are totally innocent.
Hopefully, he takes the stand at his trial.

Probably, but I sure haven’t heard much out of Tim Waltz or Keith Elison lately. Seems like Tim was all over the news just a couple of weeks ago. Now, notsamuch... First I’ve heard about Klobuchar being on in his sights.
Politicians are above the law. It’s in the Constitution.

He probably is but what I find odd is the media treats him as such and should. The same insane accuasations against Trump and Republicans are treated as legitimate news. I think I see a problem here.

I was working with a man who slipped over the edge from just weird to crazy and dangerous. The stories he told were similar. He had done a lot of jobs for the CIA and they were still watching him, etc. They got weirder and wilder until one day he asked me to read the first chapter of a book he was writing. In it, God had spoken to him while he was in the shower telling him to kill, by name, several men at work. I’m certain he showed it to me because he knew I’d take action. Which I did. I got someone to hack his account and downloaded hundreds of his files and took them to each vice president. They laid him off. It was really tense because they waited to do it with a regular layoff, so we had several months of working with someone who was less and less attached to reality. By the end his ramblings sounded a lot like this story.

Your story about waiting to do a layoff to target an individual employee,I had a similar experience.
I work for a large State agency that had a private daycare on the campus. A roofing crew working on the roof observed a clerk from my work masterbating in some shrubbery while observing the day care kids playing outside. The roofing crew to their credit reported it to my employer. They did a targeted layoff for that job grade, laid off off perfectly innocent people with less seniority to fire the perv. It took months and word got out.
