Pascasio Y. Pacheco Arellano, 21, of Mayfield, Ky. is charged with burglary 1st degree, four counts of murder, arson 1st degree, and tampering with physical evidence. Arellano is a relative to the family, two adults and two small children, who were found dead after a house fire on Nov. 17. According to the family, he is Bulmaro Arellano's nephew.
