CNN international correspondent Larry Madowo claimed Wednesday on “News Central” that President Donald Trump repeated the talking points of “white supremacists in South Africa.” Madowo said, “As the South African AG minister mentioned, they have a rural safety problem that affects both black and white farmers, and white farmers are unhappy about their security. If 1000 white farmers died in south Africa, it would be impossible to hide that.” He added, “President Ramaphosa brought his most diplomatic self. He is a skilled negotiator who once held brief for Nelson Mandela, but nothing could have prepared him for this multimedia ambush....

Love him or hate him, there is no denying him. Unfortunately for his team’s more immediate concern, the Lakers lost at home to the Thunder 133-130.The game was paused for several minutes as James was honored by NBA commissioner Adam Silver and greeted by his mother, wife, and children. Abdul-Jabbar was also on hand.Entering the game,...

The Federal Reserve on Wednesday hiked interest rates by three-quarters of a percentage point, pressing even harder on the brakes of the economy in a scramble to slow inflation. It is the fourth consecutive 75 basis point hike issued by the Fed and sixth interest rate increase since March.

Former President Trump says if he had not supported Virginia Republican Glenn Youngkin, the new governor-elect would have lost by a sizable margin in Tuesday's election. "I've heard Virginia is blue, but I've never believed it was blue," Trump said during an interview on local radio in Virginia on Wednesday morning, according to Politico reporter Meridith McGraw. "Without MAGA he would have lost by 15 points, more ... instead of giving us credit they say, 'oh he's more popular than [Trump].'" Youngkin defeated former Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) in Virginia's gubernatorial election, thanks largely to a boom in support from...

RUSH: We had a call, I don’t know, about an hour ago. It was from a gentleman who wanted to know if there is — and if there is, who — a singular person or organization that gives the Democrat Party its orders. Its marching orders, its talking points, its agenda on legislative items and that kind of thing. Is there one person? The reason he asked is because they’re all saying the same thing all the time, and he’s curious how that happens, and particularly in the media. You know, we have shared with you… We started it. We...

FULL TITLE: Discovery of Ancient Spearpoints in Texas Has Some Archaeologists Questioning the History of Early Americas ______________________________________________________________ Archaeologists have discovered two previously unknown forms of spearpoint technology at a site in Texas. The triangular blades appear to be older than the projectile points produced by the Paleoamerican Clovis culture, an observation that’s complicating our understanding of how the Americas were colonized—and by whom. Clovis-style spear points began to appear around 13,000 to 12,700 years ago, and they were produced by Paleoamerican hunter-gatherers known as the Clovis people. Made from stones, these leaf-shaped (lanceolate) points featured a shallow concave base...

**SNIP** ...the NSA evidently compiled a two-page document, dated November 22, giving instructions for discussing the highly secretive agency with “family and close friends”. Among the points officials are “authorized to share” this holiday season: “The NSA’s mission is of great value to the nation”; it performs its missions “exceptionally well”; and its employees are “loyal Americans with expert skills”. NSA officials did not respond to questions about the talking points, their preparation and their veracity. While most of the talking points simply provide that level of uncritical assurance, several pass along disputable or disputed claims – things that can...

1. Hey remember when you said that Obamacare was going to work great, and then, when people asked you how it actually worked, you sort of implied they were stupid for not knowing, and yet you never provided any evidence that you had any idea of how it was supposed to work yourself? Yeah, you were wrong to do that. 2. Remember when you called me crazy for saying Obama wanted to "spread the wealth around," based on not a scrap of evidence except for Obama himself saying he wanted to spread the wealth around? Yeah, there's a NYT article...
