This seems like a scam: I received an e-mail stating
"Greetings myWaIgreens Member,
Your myWaIgreens points total of $564.54 is set to expire and should be redeemed by September 9th.
Click here before September 9th to retain your myWaIgreens points for 2024.
We appreciate your participation.
Best wishes,
WaIgreens Team
Suspicious, eh?
The sender was " yourwellhere@omnipureessentials.com ". I can't find much on omnipureessentials.com online, which is quite suspicious.
However, I also found little info. online to indicate this IS a scam.
Anyone have more info? Thanks!
I also received the same day a similar e-mail purporting to be from CVS, with whom again we’ve done “some” business in the past, but not a lot.
Look at the spelling of the name.
Absolute scam.
Likely a scam
Why not go to Walgreens and ask them in person?
Problem solved. Good luck š.
Yes. A scam.
We used to acquire ‘points’ with Walgreenss; but I think they expire if not used within a certain period. And I’ve never seen them amount to anything like that total.

“My Waigreens” Not even spelled right- spelled intentionally wrong in order to avoid spam detection most likely?
Did you just fall out of the coconut tree?
Any email that is not sent from an email address connected to the company it claims to represent I always consider suspicious. I get emails from UPS about a delivery. They are never sent from a UPS email address. I wasn’t expecting a delivery and I didn’t get one.
Scam... The sender email is the key.
FORK walgreens and the Mule they rode in on !!!
They towed My car and it cost Me $600.00 to get it back all while We were at the hospital for cancer treatments for My Wife.
Made a purchase from them as done before and they were fine with that.
(Not even spelled right- spelled intentionally wrong in order to avoid spam detection most likely?)
Yes
Well, they are 20 miles away. and our cell phone service here is barely enough to get texts through sometimes, much less stay on the “line” for several minutes to try to reach the appropriate human...
I could try Walgreens’ web contact, but was hoping I’d get “lucky” and someone on FR has been through the whole thing already (contacting Walgreens, etc.)
If you’re not going to use those points, can you transfer them to me then?
Think before you click.
My company tests us on a regular basis.
They send out bogus e-mails and if you fall for it they send you to re-education camp.
I need better glasses for screen viewing? Looked / looks like an “l” to me. (Lower case “L”’s look like that here, too.)
“Greetings myWaIgreens Member
Check your so called card # versus the # shown in the Scam!
If it was a company they would let it expire and not tell you ,LOL
The language is the tip off for me. This is from someone whose first language is not English.
