The largest religion in the world today is Christianity with 2.4 billion followers, comprising 31% of the total population of the planet. In second place is Islam, with approximately 2 billion followers. Even though it is the largest religion in the world, Christianity is often attacked in the mainstream media and in popular culture. It happened again during a disgusting display at the opening ceremonies of the 2024 Paris Olympics.

"This is France!" France unveiled a decidedly family-unfriendly spectacle last Saturday for over 28.6 million viewers worldwide as the four-hour opening ceremony for the 2024 Olympics, which unfolded along a 4.5 mile stretch of the River Seine in Paris, turned into the world’s most-watched Pride Parade.Because Western cultural elites today are overwhelmingly cultural Marxists, the organizers of the 2800-year-old athletic competition decided to jettison any connection with sports, athletic excellence, or national pride, and instead promote the normalization of sexual perversion, gender ideology, and anti-Christian bigotry. As always with Pride parades, the celebration of sexual libertinism, masked as “love” and “tolerance,”...

The artistic director of the LBGT-themed Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony has claimed he did not intend to portray the Last Supper after an apparent parody of the Biblical event drew outrage from Christians across the world.Thomas Jolly, the artistic director of the Olympic Opening Ceremony, denied on Sunday that he was not “inspired” by the Last Supper, despite the striking similarities between the Leonardo da Vinci depiction of the Jesus Christ’s Last Supper with his 12 Apostles and the drag queen tableau shown at the opening of the Paris games.“You will never find in me any desire to mock, or...

Well, we finally have a White House response to the Paris show. Someone liked it and her name is Jill: First lady Jill Biden had high praise for the opening ceremony at the Paris Olympics this weekend, despite widespread criticism that the performance mocked the Last Supper. Biden led the U.S. delegation to the Olympics and called the opening ceremony "spectacular." Despite the festivity, heavy rain drenched the athletes from all nations as they paraded down the river Siene on boats. Biden remarked that the U.S. would have to work hard to top Paris' opening ceremony when the games are...

In 1968, traveling with my family, we saw "The Last Supper" where DaVinci had painted it on the wall in Milan. The tour guide told us that when Napoleon was invading the Italian peninsula, his troops converted the room containing the painting into a stable for their horses. Also, the soldiers used the painting for target practice, with Jesus' face designated as the bullseye. The extensive damage was later repainted (and re-plastered I assume) after Napoleon was no longer "part of the picture" in Europe. (Hmmm ... snipers aiming at a beloved, famous person's head .... something dejavuish about that)....

Paris 2024 organiser Anne Descamps has apologised for any offence caused by religious depictions during the opening ceremony. Friday's showpiece has drawn some criticism for a banquet scene where an actor playing Greek god Dionysus took centre stage on a table with drag queens, which has been interpreted to resemble Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper painting. Some religious groups condemned the ceremony, including the Catholic Church in France who said it included 'scenes of derision and mockery of Christianity'. In a press conference on Sunday, Descamps apologised for any offence caused and insisted that the ceremony intended to 'celebrate...

Thousands of social media users have threatened to boycott the nascent Paris Olympics after its opening ceremony was widely panned on Friday. Enraged viewers took to X where #boycottOlympics and #boycottParis2024 were seen trending over the course of the following day. In particular, the appearance of a 'naked blue man' among a scene likened to the Last Supper angered many watching, especially Christians. One wrote: 'What a disgraceful opening to the 2024 Olympics #BoycottOlympics.' Another declared they 'didn't even care about the Olympics' but were now '100 per cent boycotting'. 'Why on earth would anyone push so much to offend...

The opening ceremony of the Paris Olympic Games is only the latest in a long series of vile attacks on God, the Catholic Religion and natural Morality by the antichristic elite that holds Western countries hostage. We had seen no less disconcerting scenes at the 2012 London Olympics, the 2016 inauguration of the Gotthard Tunnel, and the 2022 Commonwealth Games, featuring infernal figures, goats, and terrifying animals. The elite who organizes these ceremonies demand not only the right to blasphemy and the obscene display of the foulest vices, but even their mute acceptance by Catholics and decent people, who are...

Olympic Games organisers have said they are "sorry" that scenes in Friday's opening ceremony caused offence. A banquet sequence featuring drag artists in particular came in for criticism from Christian groups, who felt it parodied Leonardo da Vinci's painting 'The Last Supper'. That famous 15th Century work depicts a key biblical scene. The Catholic Church in France was among critics, saying the ceremony featured "scenes of derision and mockery of Christianity". A US telecommunications company, C Spire, said it would be pulling its advertising around the Olympic Games after being "shocked by the mockery of the Last Supper during the...

WORLD — In keeping with the Olympics' commitment to sexual violence and Satan worship, the International Olympic Committee announced today that the 2028 games would be held in the towns of Sodom and Gomorrah. "They're a natural fit for us," explained Olympic Committee director Max Durgen. "Violent sexual debauchery forced upon unsuspecting visitors? Check. Openly mocking the Lord God? Check. They'll be hard pressed to top Paris, but I think they're up to the task." According to sources, the Olympic Committee has sought to ensure that fun games between nations meant to promote peace and friendship also destroy the innocence...

Kansas City Chiefs player Harrison Butker criticized a portion of the 2024 Olympics opening ceremony over social media on Friday that appeared to attempt to mimic Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper. In between the participating countries being presented at the kick-off in Paris, several performances were presented that played off French cultural and history. One of the more controversial performances, however, was one where drag queens and other actors appeared to remake the scene of The Last Supper, which depicts the last meal that Jesus Christ shared with his disciples before he was crucified. Butker posted a video to...

The 2024 Olympics in France opened Friday with a controversial ceremony featuring drag queens and what many described as homages to satanic symbolism, igniting a firestorm of negative reactions on Twitter. “This is crazy,” podcast host Clint Russell said in a tweet. “There are 2.4 billion Christians on earth and apparently the Olympics wanted to declare loudly to all of them, right out of the gate NOT WELCOME.” The infamous re-creation of Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper began with a woman in a blue dress and crown, making a heart sign with her hands in front of a DJ deck,...

Last Friday, the city of Paris held their openin ceremony at the Olympic Games 2024 but the entire show had a mixed reaction from people. While many were absolutely thrilled for the excellent level of the presentation, many even called it impossible to surpass. The more conservative and religious parts of the population that saw this event were completely outraged at some of the symbolism that was presented there. There was a spoof of the famous Leonardo Da Vinci painting, 'The Last Supper' but there were people in drag dancing and there was a strange appearance from the Greek God...
