Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said in a Wednesday interview that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s behavior is growing increasingly “desperate” as his war against Ukraine continues three years after Russia’s attempted takeover of its eastern European neighbor. “He seems to be more out of control than he used to be,” she told “Fox & Friends” host Brian Kilmeade. “He was always an imperialist, but there is something about him now that seems almost more desperate in wanting to extinguish Ukraine.” -snip- “It shows that the Ukrainians are very advanced in what they are doing in their defense industry with...
  • WAYNE ROOT: All Roads Lead to Obama. He is the Evil “Manchurian Candidate” and Communist Mastermind of Everything Bad That Has Happened to America and President Trump. And I’m a Witness- It All Started at Columbia University

All roads lead to Obama. He is the shot caller. He is the communist traitor behind everything bad that has happened to America, the US economy, and President Trump. I believe it all started at Columbia University. Yes, I have a history with Obama. We were college classmates at Columbia University. We were both Pre-Law and political science majors. We both graduated on the same day in 1983. We both went into politics eventually. That’s where the similarities ended.
  • Breaking: Starmer compares Zelensky to CHURCHILL as he defends Ukrainian leader from Trump's 'dictator' jibes: UK PM says 'perfectly reasonable' to suspend elections during war ...

Sir Keir Starmer has tonight compared Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelensky to Winston Churchill and defended him from US president Donald Trump's claims that he is 'a dictator without elections.' Trump's extraordinary outburst came after Zelensky accused the US President of falling for Russian fake news, with Trump suggesting yesterday that Ukraine was to blame for Moscow's illegal invasion of the country three years ago. Since the US president's comments, many have come out to bat for Zelensky, including Starmer, who spoke with the Ukrainian leader tonight and affirmed his support for him as the country's 'democratically elected leader', according to Downing...
  • RFK Jr.: “I’m Not Taking Anybody’s Guns”

My stance on the Second Amendment is simple: I’m not going to take anyone’s guns away. I believe in the Constitution. But Americans need to work together to figure out why we have mass shootings every 21 hours. Something changed around the time of the Columbine shootings in 1999, and it wasn’t the number of guns in America. The National Institutes of Health refuses to investigate the mystery; in fact, Congress prohibits the NIH from researching the cause of mass shootings. Under my administration, that rule ends — and our kids’ safety becomes a top priority.
  • Rush is now a Birther?

Rush Limbaugh show broadcast | 21 Jan. 2011 | self
Rush just opened his show with a long monologue about Gov. Abercrombie of Hawaii not being able to find O's long form birth certificate. Brought up the possibility that the lack of a birth cert is real...or, a very elaborate Dem hoax. It sounds like Rush is a closet birther... This is huge for 2012.

The nearly-four year investigation of the Valerie Plame leak ended yesterday with one of the most derivative convictions in the history of Washington jurisprudence: Lewis “Scooter” Libby was convicted of offering misleading testimony to an inconclusive investigation of a non-crime. Special Investigator Patrick Fitzgerald knew at the outset of his investigation that outing Valerie Plame was not a criminal offense, that antiwar dove Richard Armitage leaked her name, and that the administration had acted to refute lies Joseph Wilson told during wartime. Pushing forward his inquiry under these circumstances looks very much like either extravagant self-justification or entrapment. It is...

Some top Republicans at odds with Sen. John McCain on core conservative issues say privately that the party's 2008 presidential nomination is "his to lose." They cite the Arizona senator's head start in fundraising, a primary calendar that is shaping up in his favor and a growing belief that he enjoys the tacit support of President Bush. In state after state, Mr. McCain has been passing out money to Republican candidates for other offices, to state party organizations and even to Republican county chairmen. Now, one of the most widely respected conservatives in the country says he is ready to...
