There are few reported complications after boys are circumcised during their first year of life, but the risk rises considerably if the procedure is performed later in childhood, according to a new analysis published on Monday. Previous research found wide variations in the rates of complications following male circumcisions. Those studies were often small and based on patients from a single hospital. Researchers concluded that levels of sexual desire were higher in women who were moderate drinkers of red wine than in their counterparts who preferred other alcoholic drinks, or were teetotal. One theory put forward by the team of Italian doctors who carried out the study is that chemical compounds found in red wine may improve sexual functioning by increasing blood flow to key areas of the body. OREM, Utah -- An 18-year-old accused of flashing someone made it easy for police to catch him. Police say he exposed himself to a woman while he was sitting in his car outside a Wal-Mart store in Orem Monday.
