<p>SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - The district attorney has decided not to file charges against KNTV news anchor Terilyn Joe for allegedly throwing eggs and tomatoes at landscapers working outside her home.</p> <p>San Francisco District Attorney Terence Hallinan said there was not enough evidence to show Joe threw food at workers outside of her Russian Hill condominium on Memorial Day.</p>
