SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - The district attorney has decided not to file charges against KNTV news anchor Terilyn Joe for allegedly throwing eggs and tomatoes at landscapers working outside her home.
San Francisco District Attorney Terence Hallinan said there was not enough evidence to show Joe threw food at workers outside of her Russian Hill condominium on Memorial Day.

I hope the workers drag her into civil court, where the standard of proof is not as rigid. She might check with O.J. to see just how that works...
