Police found a man passed out behind the wheel of his car in a Kentucky Fried Chicken drive-thru. The incident happened Sunday night at the restaurant on South Federal Highway. A police officer saw Scott Shypula passed out in a gray Chevy Camaro. The officer tried unsuccessfully to wake up Shypula. Police believe Shypula had been huffing.
