Police found a man passed out behind the wheel of his car in a Kentucky Fried Chicken drive-thru.

The incident happened Sunday night at the restaurant on South Federal Highway.

A police officer saw Scott Shypula passed out in a gray Chevy Camaro.

The officer tried unsuccessfully to wake up Shypula.

Police believe Shypula had been huffing. Officers found a can of compressed air in his hand and several other canisters in his car.

As the officer tried to yank the keys out of the car, police said Shypula woke up and tried to drive away with the officer hanging out the window.

The officer, after getting dragged a short distance, freed himself from the car.

Police arrested Shypula a short time later. He's been charged with DUI and battery on a law enforcement officer. The officer was not hurt.

“a can of compressed air”

In 1986 I painted a 1972 Dodge step-side truck cherry red using several cans of compressed air.

A couple days ago a woman was huffing canned air at Walmart. She's a real cutie.

Police believe Shypula had been huffing.

Dude, splurge. Buy a little weed, it’s almost legal anyway, and you’ll have a real reason to go to KFC.
