Elon Musk joined Lara Trump on her show “My View” last Saturday night on FOX News. During their conversation, Elon revealed that the DOGE Team found 100,000 active federal employees, who also collected unemployment insurance benefits, while they were still at work. Collecting insurance benefits while still working is considered unemployment insurance fraud. Many states classify unemployment fraud as a misdemeanor or felony. Jail time is a significant risk and can range from several months to several years.

President Biden's administration is scrambling to track the nearly $20 billion in military aid it has sent to Ukraine as Republicans warn of impending audits when they take control of the House in January. Likely future House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has said his party will not be giving Ukraine a "blank check" to fend off Russia's invasion. A potential audit would determine how much, if any, of the U.S. aid is ending up in the wrong hands. The Biden administration's previous tracking efforts have inspected only a fraction of the aid provided to the country. While some staunch Ukraine allies...

WASHINGTON — The Defense Department spent more than $2.6 billion between May and October of this year replenishing stocks of key weaponry and equipment dispatched to Ukraine to support its ongoing fight against Russia — but it will still take “multiple years” for the US to be fully resupplied, according to a fact sheet obtained by The Post. “Replacement contracts are expected to deliver over multiple years, as many capabilities delivered to Ukraine, such as advanced munitions, have two-to-three-year production times,” the Pentagon said. The money comes from a pot of more than $14 billion Congress approved earlier this year...

The United States is fighting a proxy war in Ukraine against Russian aggression, and we’re not doing it on the cheap. The Biden administration announced on Friday that we were sending another $400 million in military aid to Ukraine. This comes after Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed victory over the eastern Luhansk region last week. Putin jumped the gun a little, although Russian troops hold the upper hand throughout most of the region. The problem for Putin is that those pesky Ukrainians refuse to surrender. And the United States is making their continuing resistance possible by giving Kyiv high-powered weapons...

Assistant Secretary Dawn O’Connell from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on Tuesday revealed 50 million coronavirus tests are sitting in warehouses. As the Biden administration purchases $190 million worth of testing kits in January, Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) asked O’Connell during a Senate committee hearing if she could assure him that Biden’s testing kit purchases are not originating from Communist China. O’Connell responded by admitting HHS has millions of unused tests in warehouses, which are in addition to the outstanding tests out for delivery to the warehouses. “So is what you’re telling me they’ve got 50 million...

Dear San Franciscan, Today, the House passed H.R. 6800, the Heroes Act to support our frontline workers who risk their lives to save lives, pursue a science-based path to safely open our economy and put money in the pockets of America’s workers and families. House Democrats have committed to protecting the lives and livelihoods of the American people and the life of our democracy in responding to the pandemic and the economic catastrophe that has followed. Here's what is included in the Heroes Act:
-
The far-left wing of the Democratic Party in the House is pushing once again for coronavirus-relief cash payments for illegal aliens. They also want high-schoolers age 16 and over to qualify for $2,000 a month handouts. Just the News reported a proposal by Democratic Reps. Ro Khanna of California to pay illegal aliens who "demonstrate continuous presence" in the U.S. and those in high school age 16 and older. The stand-alone legislation is called the Emergency Money for the People Act, JTN reported, but the lawmakers hope it eventually will be incorporated into a larger coronavirus-impact bill. The two Democrats...

Almost before the ink is dry on Trump's signature on the $2 trillion stimulus bill, Democrats are agitating for another one. Indeed, another infusion of cash in the economy and more checks to Americans may become necessary. But Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans want to wait and see some of the effects of the first stimulus bill before entertaining another. McConnell, meanwhile, reiterated what he's been telling Pelosi for months: no unrelated items in the stimulus bill. And the White House is on board with McConnell's "wait-and-see" attitude regarding the last stim bill.
-
And what would be in this next bill? Pelosi mentioned "more direct payments," even "larger" than the $1,200 already on the way to Americans impacted by government directives to shut down the U.S. economy. She also mentioned the "endless" need for more personal protective equipment. She wants Congress to pass an "emergency" OSHA standard protecting frontline workers from airborne infectious diseases. The OSHA regulation would require employers to implement protective measures for at-risk workers, including TSA workers, direct-care workers, first responders, pharmacists, grocery store workers and other employees at "essential" places that remain open during health emergencies. Pelosi also mentioned...

While layoffs continue and unemployment rises as most US production is forced to close, and while innocent citizens are caged in their homes under government order, unable to legally even attend a concert, we can finally find out what is in the Wuhan Coronavirus disease-19 (Covid -19) economic stimulus bill that needed the help of 80 year old Rep Nancy Pelosi, (D-coyote roaming-homeless living CA) the first rich female Speaker of the House, to pass. “Much more must be done. The President must use the full powers of this law to address the dire, widespread shortage of materials required to...

Democrats have investigated their own claims of President Trump's "collusion" with Russia, his "quid pro quo" with Ukraine, his business holdings, his associates, his advisers, his travel, his appointments and his telephone calls. Now they insist they'll be investigating his pardons. For the record, the Constitution allows the president "shall have power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States." But President Trump's confirmation this week of a handful of pardons and commutations has his opposition party in an uproar. Democrats have claimed his actions have "normalized" corruption.

“The House’s hour is over,” Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell declared Thursday in a floor speech slamming Democrats for putting on a “partisan performance” celebrating the signing of articles of impeachment by handing out souvenirs and posing for smiling photos. In a contrived signing ceremony Wednesday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) signed the articles of impeachment, one letter at a time, using golden pens delivered to her on a silver platter – which she handed out as souvenirs, McConnell said:

The federal government funneled billions in subsidies to software vendors who overstated or deceived the government about what their products could do, according to whistleblowers.(LYDIA ZURAW/KHN) This story also ran on Fortune. This story can be republished for free (details). Derek Lewis was working as an electronic health records specialist for the nation’s largest hospital chain when he heard about software defects that might even “kill a patient.” The doctors at Midwest (City) Regional Medical Center in Oklahoma worried that the software failed to track some drug prescriptions or dosages properly, posing a “huge safety concern,” Lewis said. Lewis cited...

During Friday’s edition of Tucker Carlson Tonight, the eponymous host discussed some of the provisions of the Green New Deal, including the eye-popping idea that the Federal government will pay anyone who is “unwilling to work.” Carlson then began a conversation with Cornell University Law Professor Robert Hockett, who advised Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on the Green New Deal. Hockett disputed the aforementioned provision of the Green New Deal but Carlson effectively proved him wrong by reading directly from a fact sheet and FAQ list posted on her website at the time of the Green New Deal’s launch. Hockett seemed absolutely...

The border is in emergency. Latest news, a gargantuan fentanyl bust at the border, showing how dangerous the tide of illegally procured opiates is. At least three huge caravans of illegal immigrants, totalling more than 12,500 uneducated, unskilled, Central Americans, are about to roll in. President Trump has shown a willingness to actually shut the government down in a desperate bid to get a handle on the free-for-all engulfing the U.S. southern border. And now Democrats have presented their big border security counter-offer. With pork. For their buddies. As they always do. Breitbart News' Joel Pollak reports that their big...

Improper payments made by the Medicaid program climbed from approximately $29,149,680,000 in fiscal 2015 to $36,731,130,000 in fiscal 2017, according to data published by the Department of Health and Human Services. That is an increase of $7,581,450,000--or 26 percent. “Despite efforts to reduce improper payments in the Medicaid program by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, which oversees the program, overall improper payments continue to increase—rising to about $37 billion in fiscal year 2017 compared to $29.1 billion in fiscal year 2015,” GAO Health Care Director Carolyn Yocom told the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee today.

President Trump's pick to be the new secretary of state, Mike Pompeo, is not a fan of the Paris climate agreement, the treaty that claims it will slow global warning by reducing the world's carbon dioxide emissions. Politicians from most of the world's nations signed the deal, and President Obama said "we may see this as the moment that we finally decided to save our planet." That's dubious. Trump wisely said he will pull America out of the deal. He called it a "massive redistribution of United States wealth to other countries." I'll bet Al Gore and most of the...
