Assistant Secretary Dawn O’Connell from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on Tuesday revealed 50 million coronavirus tests are sitting in warehouses.
As the Biden administration purchases $190 million worth of testing kits in January, Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) asked O’Connell during a Senate committee hearing if she could assure him that Biden’s testing kit purchases are not originating from Communist China.
O’Connell responded by admitting HHS has millions of unused tests in warehouses, which are in addition to the outstanding tests out for delivery to the warehouses.
“So is what you’re telling me they’ve got 50 million tests in warehouses in the United States and all we did was access the inventory?” Burr asked for clarification.
“That is my understanding,” O’Connell responded.
“Well, will you confirm your understanding?” Burr asked. “This is a very, very important piece when you’ve got companies that don’t manufacture tests and all of a sudden we’re giving them a $190 million contract for about 14 million home tests and their expertise is importation of vodka.”

Just like Trump supplies sitting in warehouses?
Where are the warehouses?
I’ll believe it when a video of millions of kits are found in some building.
I specifically remember when the “at home rapid test” was first unveiled. They did a conference I think in the Rose Garden but anyway on the White House grounds. They showed how it worked and I think the Surgeon General or someone in uniform did the test on himself. Rubbed the swab onto the cardboard and in 15 minutes had the results.
That was 18 months ago. Why they didn’t make a billion of those is beyond me. Maybe they don’t work so good. Maybe there is too much money in the testing clinic business to make a cheap and accessible at home test. Or maybe this is just your typical government incompetence. 50 million tests just sitting in a warehouse. Dumb.
Hubby and I didn’t even bother trying to get an at home test because we heard it was impossible. We’re both just trying to get over whatever creeping crud we have now, assuming it’s Omnicrom®️ but still not sure. Now we find out they’re deliberately hoarding them? WTF??!!?
Did these tests come from American Suppliers?
If not did the tests come from the ChiComs?
Mrs rktman has been hackey, for about two weeks. Never considered getting tested or going to the doc. She is very aware of how she reacts to colds and flu. Not suffering from Coronaphobia. I think she’s gonna be fine. Hope you guys get better.

Great movie and an ending that is unforgettable.
So you can’t find a test, which they want everyone to have, but have millions hidden. Incompetent.
This administration is waaaayyyyy beyond utterly reprobate.
They know old pedoJoe is on his last legs, and the Grim Reaper is just around the corner ready to swing his scythe to “harvest” this corrupt, vile POS.
All this crap is being done, most likely, on purpose so that when Heels-up/Knees-wide takes over and becomes Queen (much to Hitlery’s chagrin), she’ll look much better than old pedoJoe as they’ll help her straighten things out. They’re really not fooling anybody. They have no clothes.
More malice there than incompetence, I'm afraid. Do they *really* want everyone to have that test? I have my doubts. Restricting the availability of at-home test supplies is the obvious move for a government that prefers the people to be fearful and distracted rather than relieved and reassured.
Think of the consequences of testing . If you were symptomatic, and test negative, what are you going to do? If you randomly test yourself, for no good reason, and test positive, what are you going to do?
Testing without purpose is pointless. Standing in line to get free tests is a great way to be in a susceptible crowd. Go home.
Not sure how i managed to post this to Charles Martel. Thought it was just a general comment
“Coronaphobia”
+1
Often associated with Paedorouthoúniphobia
(irrational fear of children’s nostrils)
The Secretary of Transporation has priorities!!!
The tests will move when the Secretary is ready to move them!!!

Just Sitting in Warehouses...deteriorating and getting ready to expire.
Does anyone know what kind of tests these are? I can’t find the BinaxNow test kits anywhere. Is the government hoarding test kits?
Winner, winner, chicken dinner.
Walmart delivered six to me the other day. Walmart had 'em for $19.95, when Sam's Club has them they're $14.
