I need some help, I have pictures of President Bush's last vist to Camp Victory in Iraq 12/08 and I like to post them next to "Zero's" recent visit to show what a piece of propaganda the pictures of "Zero's" visit was.

I have a photo that I would like to post. If I understand it correctly, I need to upload the photo somewhere so it can be retrieved by FR. My question is where do people upload photos to? Hopefully, I'm on the right path.

Anybody else having slow response issues with FR? This could be hugh! I'm series!

I'm sure that others have asked this question. How do I post a picture? Copy and Paste doesn't work. Is there some simple way to post a picture? How is it done?

Repeatedly, FR moderators have moved TOP postings related to current NEWS and calls for conservative ACTIVISM from the News and Activism section, over to "blogger's and personal" which has no traffic by comparison. I fully understand Jim Robinson's original purpose in launching FR, to provide a community in which conservatives could get TRUTH not available in the MSM, information not available in the MSM and access to fellow conservatives so that we could work together towards a conservative agenda. How to do a search: Search functions: 1) Click on "everything" in the "browse by forum" box to show all forums 2) Select the most unique word in the title of the article you want to post. 3) Enter that word alone in the 'search' box, and select 'By title', and hit 'Search' 3a) Direct URL for searching: >> http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/search?m=all;o=time;s=(your unique word) 4) This will find a duplicate 99% of the time.

Several times tonight a totally new layout for FR has popped up. Has anyone else seen it? Are changes in the works? Enquiring minds (at least mine) would like to know...

I apologize in advance, but I cannot find a How To of basic FR setup. I would like to see all Oklahoma posts in my right-hand navigation bar, which has lots of other categories which I must have set up at some time in the past, but can't figure out how I set them up. I would think there would be a detailed manual of how to do things, but I sure can't find it. I looked in all the sections under Account. I see Manage Blocks but don't see how I can add new things to it. I found...

It's been a while since I've seen a Free Republic Opinion Poll posted on the sidebar. I'd like to suggest the Sidebar Moderator host an Opinion Poll on whether or not we want our Opinion Polls back.

We were experiencing a database issue today that effectively froze the site content. It has been defrosted. We've experienced numerous technical issues this past month. In an effort to handle increasing traffic, we've made upgrades to our internal structure that have rendered the site far more brittle than it ever was, coupled with general growing pains, coincidental hardware failures and a little foul play (at least one nasty denial of service attack) has seen the site down far too many hours this month. It's been frustrating for everybody involved and I apologize.

I am having weird problems. On some articles, I can only see the text of the 1st comment. I see links for more pages worth, but no articles. I also have not seen a new article in quite q while. Am I the only one?
