The FBI has acknowledged it had 275 plainclothes agents in the massive crowds on Jan. 6, 2021, more than four and a half years after questions were first raised about the level of FBI involvement that day, Blaze News has learned.
A senior congressional source said the number is not necessarily a surprise, since the FBI often embeds countersurveillance personnel at large events.
But given the FBI’s until-now steadfast refusal to disclose the level of its presence at the Capitol, the figure might still be viewed with skepticism in some quarters.
The news comes in the wake of claims by the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Inspector General that the FBI had no undercover personnel in the Jan. 6 crowds.
“We found no evidence in the materials we reviewed or the testimony we received showing or suggesting that the FBI had undercover employees in the various protest crowds, or at the Capitol, on January 6,” the DOJ OIG said in an 88-page report released in December 2024.
An agent is an employee, I believe.
How many were breaking in windows and pushing others to violence?

There used to be a video of a disruptive person who had been removed from the crowd arriving at an FBI checkpoint where they were immediately released, because they were an FBI plant.
There was also a picture or video showing multiple vehicles with arriving FBI personnel.
When I see that former FBI agent (name??) speaking about our side as a contributor on MSNBC* I think of how widespread the filth in the intelligence community has been all these years.

Crafty, clever undercover FBI agents at J6....
The brand new overalls and red checkered shirts blended into the crowd but those shiny black shoes reflected light and gave them away.
No one who drove there in his pickup from his shack on the rundown farm after using his outhouse one more time before the trip to the Capitol would have shiny, clean shoes.
I hope we find out how many Antifa goons were hired to be there that day.

The “massive crowds” were at the ellipse listening to Trump give his speech. This is something that the propaganda media has never mentioned. The enormous number of 275 embedded FBI agents is shocking. Will they now try to make it seem like it was 275 out of a half million? Far fewer went even near the capitol, much less into the capitol. If it is 275 out of 1000, that would be a very different story.
Their must be an exact number of how many people went into the capitol because there are cameras everywhere. I would like to know that number.
What a waste of our tax dollars!

Butler, the killing of Charlie Kirk and other things have increased the stakes on this.
It should have been immediately apparent that it was an FBI/DNC/Media fraud as soon as Ray Epps was immune from prosecution, while grandmas rotted in D.C. jails.
So now prosecute who authorized the placement of that many FBI agents that day.
If they had that many agents in the crowd, methinks it is obvious that they were intercepting cell communications using Stingray towers. Someone needs to get to the heart of this, because if they were using the towers, they would have intercepted all calls, including those made by folks like Nancy Pelosi. And that is my point - I think they inadvertently captured a lot of interesting stuff while they were looking at the J6 crowd - Kash Patel, go get it!
