New FR Interface?

Several times tonight a totally new layout for FR has popped up. Has anyone else seen it? Are changes in the works? Enquiring minds (at least mine) would like to know...

I’ve seen it pop up a few times with the style sheet disabled or not working.

That’s the style sheet not loading. If you’re outside of the Pacific time zone, you’ll also notice that sometimes the timestamps aren’t converted to your time zone, and that the FR hosted images (like for the FReepathon) don’t always load. Seems the performance issue over the weekend has been fixed, but things still aren’t quite right.
