Within the last 15 minutes, my FB account logged me out. I figured I had just received my latest ban, but it doesn't seem to be the case. My girlfriend texted me and asked if I had been kicked out, as she had too. Most the people I know and work with have also been kicked out, and Instagram is not working, either. Is it a hack? Or some underpaid IT guy just forgot a certificate somewhere?

Here is a thought. What if China was able to ignite all their lithium-ion batteries at one time? Having done a little preliminary checking, it is likely that charging EV's would likely ignite during an EMP attack. Sort of like the âLeave the World Behindâ scenario but much worse... EV's have been in the news lately as have EMP's so what about both? Any FREEPERS have any thoughts on the topic?

Russian President Vladimir Putin claims he has earned less than $1 million during the past six years as president, according to financial documents published Tuesday by Russia's election authority. The documents from the Central Election Commission (CEC) show Putin reported making 67.6 million rubles, which is approximately $753,000, between 2018 and 2024. Along with his salary as president, this figure includes income from bank deposits, a military pension and money made from property sales. -snip- According to information Putin provided to the CEC, he has savings of 54.5 million rubles ($606,000) spread across 10 different bank accounts and owns a...

President Trump could not sign the optional Illinois Loyalty Oath because the form required him to also state under penalty of perjury that he was a resident of Illinois. Trump is a Florida resident.

My 13 year old nephew has come to live with me, I am a widower and my brother's wife (his mother) is seriously ill and hospitalized. There is all kinds of crap I need to overcome to get him enrolled in the local public school and I am not sure it is in his best interests anyway. So I will be retiring at the end of the week and giving him the attention of one of the best instructors on the planet-- me.He asked me why I despised CNN and I told them their fear pornography was worse than standard...

There's a big question confronting all right-wingers about American conservatism & our national future. In six months we are going to be heading into the 2024 election cycle. Another presidential election, congressional elections & state & local elections are all approaching. To say that it's a pivotal year almost produces a shoulder shrug with most people because that's been said about every election for the last 25 years. Though I was only a toddler during his term, President Reagan, much like Thatcher in Britain was a solid & immovable champion of modern day conservatism. He was a happy warrior as...

The purpose of FreeRepublic.com's multiple message boards is to limit the topics for each board to particular topics. Posting the same message on all the boards defeats the purpose of multiple-boards for special topics. It is very annoying to see the same message on every bulletin board. PLEASE! DO THE READERS A FAVOR. STOP CROSS-POSTING YOUR MESSAGES!

I see that everybody is talking about the Republican Debates, but nobody got my approval, or the approval of the Trump Campaign, before announcing them. When youâre leading by seemingly insurmountable numbers, and you have hostile Networks with angry, TRUMP & MAGA hating anchors asking the âquestions,â why subject yourself to being libeled and abused? Also, the Second Debate is being held at the Reagan Library, the Chairman of which is, amazingly, Fred Ryan, Publisher of The Washington Post. NO!

Will he choose who would be best for the country, or will it be someone who appeals to a special demographic group? The latter would be misguided. Women do not necessarily vote for women, for example.

The James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) has captured an amazing image of Uranus, showing in great detail the ice giant's ring system, its brightest moons and its dynamic atmosphere. The new observation, made on Feb. 6, follows a similarly stunning photo JWST captured recently of the solar system's other ice giant, Neptune. The new Uranus image shows 11 of the planet's 13 known rings, some of which are so bright that they blend together somewhat. What will really astound astronomers, however, is the fact that JWST's Near Infrared Camera (NIRCam) instrument is sensitive enough to have captured the innermost two...
