Police arrested a 52-year-old Airway Heights woman Thursday on suspicion of possessing multiple explosives. The woman, Angela Andreas-Miller, faces eight potential charges of manufacturing, possessing or disposing of an incendiary device, arrest records show. Airway Heights police found one device in her apartment at 13660 W. 6th Ave., according to a news release from the department. They found seven more in her car. Police first arrived at the residence to serve a search warrant for alleged identity theft when they found a device, the release said. Feliciano, 42, is facing a slew of charges including; possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, possession of fraudulent Puerto Rican ID, the armed trafficking of cocaine, and Resisting arrest without violence. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has been seizing an increasing number of fake IDs, including driver’s licenses, in recent years. Most come from China and are good enough to fool an average person, an agency official said. In 2019, CBP seized more than 78,000 fake documents, an increase from almost 57,000 a year earlier, and some 26,000 in 2015. U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents from the Chicago Field Office intercepted a parcel in Louisville that contained hundreds of fake driver’s licenses. A tweet by the CPB Chicago states the fraudulent ID’s were found at the Louisville mail facility. In all, the package contained 238 fake driver’s licenses and 536 black card stocks.
