COLUMBIA, S.C. — People on hand for a news conference at the South Carolina statehouse got quite a surprise after a woman showed up half-naked. The incident was caught on camera. Officials were in Columbia to promote the state’s zero tolerance litter campaign when the woman walked up wearing a bra, underwear and shoes. Officers quickly took the 42-year-old woman into custody. She is charged with disorderly conduct. There is still no word on the reason behind her half-naked frolic.

Katy woman has been charged with having sex with an 11-year-old boy in her neighborhood, according to a report by KHOU-TV. Joan Davis, 35, was arrested at the house she shares with her husband and booked into the Harris County jail, KHOU reported. Police told KHOU that Davis had a relationship with the boy for years and that he may have fathered her 18-month-old child. DNA tests will be conducted to determine paternity.
