Hundreds of Texas fugitives, including a man accused of a triple homicide and a gang member who allegedly killed a 6-year-old in a drive-by shooting, were arrested in a national fugitive roundup, authorities said today. The nationwide effort that included 960 federal, state and local law enforcement entities snared 10,340 people.
