    For the second consecutive week, none of Pennsylvania’s 67 counties are seeing high transmission of COVID-19, Gov. Tom Wolf’s office said Tuesday. Last week marked the first time in months there were no counties with substantial spread of COVID-19. As recently as early May, 40 counties showed high transmission of the virus. As more people have been vaccinated, new infections and hospitalizations have dropped. Most counties are now seeing low transmission of COVID-19.     Pennsylvania’s rate of positive tests for COVID-19 continues to drop, Gov. Tom Wolf’s administration said Monday. The state’s positive test rate fell to 5.7% for the week of Feb. 26-March 4, down from 6.3% the previous week. The positive test rate has now dropped for 12 consecutive weeks after reaching a high of 16.2% in December.
