This is what happens to the country when a key term in the presidential eligibility clause of our U.S. Constitution is ignored by both political parties in order to run a politically attractive candidate, and then in doing so allowed culturally anti-constitutional, anti-American individuals into the office of the Presidency and Vice-Presidency, i.e., Obama and Harris. And then of course Obama with the behind the scenes power of getting away with two unconstitutional terms in office, was the puppet-master controlling Biden for in effect an Obama 3rd term of usurpation of office. Vattel wrote his legal treatise about "Natural Law", which is one part of two parts of law, i.e., "Natural Law" deduced from the laws of nature and "Positive Law", laws created by man such as common laws and civil laws. All nations, including the United States, are governed by Natural Law, the Laws of Nature. And "Natural Law" is an innate part of U.S. Law. The Laws of Nature was cited in our Declaration of Independence. Natural Law and the Laws of Nature are fundamental parts of Citizenship law. That is one reason Vattel's treatise on Natural Law was cited in the Moncada decision, and that Vattel has also been cited by U.S. Supreme Court cases as the best legal treatise on Citizenship. You can try and diminish Natural Law and Vattel legal treatise about it, but in the end you will be only fooling yourself. Natural Law IS part of U.S. law.

Yes, more information needs to be collected and shown on the U.S. birth certificates about the parents such as their nationality and their reason for being in the country. Fields need to be provided for the father and mother to answer those two key questions. Some examples for possible answers for the new needed fields on U.S. BC’s. For diplomats maybe “Honduran” and “Diplomat” for the reason for being in the country. A tourist mother would answer like ... “Chinese” for nationality and “Tourist” for reason for being in the country. Students here on a VISA would answer like ... “Saudi Arabian” for nationality and “Student” for reason for being in the country. And illegal alien parents would answer like ... “Mexican” for nationality and reason for being in country “undocumented alien” if they want to use that PC term.

This decision clearly points out that 14th Amendment "birthright citizenship" can be revoked if the government has been acting in error in previously granting it.

I know you are interested in the Birthright Citizenship abuse issue. I don’t know if you saw this recent court decision. This case gets heavily into the “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” clause of the 14th Amendment, which most people ignore when discussing the Birthright Citizenship issue and the 14th Amendment.

The 9th Circuit Court in upholding the District Court decision will in my opinion be discussed in future cases in regards to any future cases about the claims to Birthright Citizenship for the children of illegal aliens, tourist VISA births, and student VISA births, and children of others not fully legally permanently domiciled in the USA as a result of Trump’s Birthright Citizenship EO.

One reason I’m sure this case decision will be talked about, when those issues come up in the next year or so, is especially due to to this case’s decision to revoke the plaintiff’s existing claim to citizenship retroactively since the U.S. Constitution and laws were not correctly followed for that person’s status for decades.
