Yes, I have often wished for one.
I don’t think he would want his wife thinking she had to take over his show, if that’s what you’re asking.
She lost her husband. The children lost their father. Climb off their backs.
I don’t want the “effort” to die, either. But, it is unseemly to not allow the wife to grieve.
This effort to “continue transmitting” is potentially vulturism.
People also need to be protected from the pain of their loss.
