Judge Paula Xinis postponed discovery in Kilmar Abrego Garcia for one week in response to the Trump Administration’s request for a delay. The judge did not give a reason for her decision to postpone the discovery. “The Court has reviewed Defendants’ Motion to Stay and Plaintiffs’ Response. With the agreement of parties, the Court hereby ORDERS that discovery shall be stayed until April 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM,” the judge wrote.

El Salvador President Nayib Bukele took to social media to roast Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL), one of the Democrat lawmakers who has taken time off his job to travel to El Salvador to advocate for the release of deported illegal migrants. Bukele, who recently entered a historic deal with the United States to house suspected members of criminal terrorist gangs Tren de Aragua (TdA) and MS-13 that have been deported from the U.S. in El Salvador’s Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT), posted a suspicious comment that Frost made on X in 2016 on Tuesday. Frost, a far-left anti-gun activist who became...

If anyone thought crushing the crime gangs was easy, they'd better think again. This video gives a historical account of crime violence in El Salvador and the attempts by different El Salvador governments to destroy the gangs, which all failed until Bukele came along. Bukele is much tougher and smarter than you think. Another point of interest is Bukele is Palestinian, his dad moved to El Salvador from Palestine and built businesses there including a MacDonald's chain. Nayib Bukele was born in in San Salvador. His father had 6 ”wives” apparently Mexico could learn a lesson or two. Worth watching.

Some arrogant BBC reporter tries to lecture Bukele about “human right” for gang members in El Salvador, after Bukele was elected for his second term. Let's just say it did not end well for the BBC reporter. Trouble with these moronic western legacy media is, they'll do everything possible to defend vicious criminals. Meanwhile, they never run anything in their lives. They just write nonsense every day and get paid for it too. Worth watching.

Sen Chris Van Hollen says he was set up with a margarita by El Salvador president Nayib Bukele during his visit with Kilmar Abrego Garcia. "If you look at the [margarita] they put in front of Kilmar, it actually had a little less wet liquid than the one in front of me to try to make it look like you drank out of it." "Let me just be very clear. Neither of us touched the drinks that were in front of us."

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -El Salvador President Nayib Bukele said on Monday he had no plans to return a man mistakenly deported from the United States as he met with President Donald Trump at the White House. The U.S. would help El Salvador build new prisons, Trump added. The Trump administration has deported hundreds of people, mostly Venezuelans, to El Salvador under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, including a Maryland resident it has acknowledged deporting by mistake. Bukele said he did not have the power to return Salvadoran Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States. "The question is preposterous. How can I...

Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) declared he is headed to El Salvador if a man mistakenly deported to a megaprison in the country isn’t “quickly returned.” Van Hollen joined CNN’s Kate Bolduan on Tuesday after sending a letter to the El Salvadoran ambassador asking for the release of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The Trump administration previously admitted Garcia was deported by “error” to El Salvador, but continues to insist he is an MS-13 gang member that it has no power to retrieve. The Supreme Court has asked that it “facilitate” Garcia’s return. Garcia is not a convicted gang member, and his...

Deputy White House chief of staff Stephen Miller told reporters on Monday that the government was right to return Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, a citizen of El Salvador, to his Central American homeland because he was in the U.S. illegally and there is evidence that he is an MS-13 gang member. The legal battle reached a new step late last week when the Supreme Court ruled that if El Salvador were to return Garcia, then the United States must facilitate his trip back to the U.S. The ruling did not, however, mean the U.S. had convinced El Salvador to give...

“I suppose you are not suggesting that I smuggle a terrorist into the United States” Bukele is a LEGEND

Sitting beside President Donald Trump in the Oval Office, El Salvador President Nayib Bukele told reporters he would not return a man the Justice Department said it mistakenly deported to his country. "How can I return him to the United States? Like if I smuggle him into the United States? Of course I'm not going to do it. The question is preposterous," Bukele said when asked if he'd return Kilmar Abrego Garcia. "We're not very fond of releasing terrorists," he added. Trump then turned to Bukele and said of the assembled reporters: "They'd love to have a criminal released into...

President Bukele has graciously accepted into his Nation’s custody some of the most violent alien enemies of the World and, in particular, the United States. These barbarians are now in the sole custody of El Salvador, a proud and sovereign Nation, and their future is up to President B and his Government. They will never threaten or menace our Citizens again!

President Bukele has inaugurated a stunning 13-kilometer coastal highway connecting 11 pristine beaches in eastern El Salvador, cementing the country's remarkable transformation. Bukele highlighted the foundation of this success: "Having the best beaches in the world would be meaningless if we didn't have security. Who would visit if they feared being murdered?" The project is part of a massive $1.42 billion development plan including a new airport and port expansion. El Salvador now leads Central America in tourism with 3.9 million visitors in 2024 - unthinkable just years ago.

VIDEOIsn't Mr. Rogers so nice? He is welcoming the Tren De Aragua to their new PERMANENT neighborhood. A mean nasty judge tried to stop them from moving into the neighborhood. Awwww! That's not nice. Fortunately they were able to make the trip and Mr. Rogers was able to welcome a couple of hundred new neighbors to the neighborhood.

President Donald Trump thanked El Salvador on Sunday after the country's president shared dramatic video of hundreds of alleged migrant criminals landing in Central America after being deported from the U.S. Trump, who recently invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798, which allows the deportation of natives and citizens of an enemy nation without a hearing, thanked Nayib Bukele on social media. "Thank you to El Salvador and, in particular, President Bukele, for your understanding of this horrible situation, which was allowed to happen to the United States because of incompetent Democrat leadership," Trump wrote. "We will not forget!" Trump...

The Trump administration has transferred hundreds of immigrants to El Salvador despite a federal judge's order temporarily barring the deportations under an 18th century wartime declaration targeting Venezuelan gang members, officials said Sunday. Flights were in the air at the time of the ruling. U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg issued an order Saturday evening blocking the deportations but lawyers told him there were already two planes with migrants in the air — one headed for El Salvador, the other for Honduras. Boasberg verbally ordered the planes be turned around, but they apparently were not and he did not include...
