I've read that those hoping for citizen ship while illegal in the US sometimes pay taxes because there's a form on the citizenship application which asks, "Have you paid taxes in the last x number of years." I don't think it was yearly - I think it was something like, "In the last 3 years" so maybe they could pay once every three years.

Van Hollen hasn’t presented any information that his favorite MS-13 member even has a job at all. Most gang members get their income illegally. Let’s see his pay stubs and IRS returns.
