â. . . this time the story has escaped the narrative guardrails and some real reckoning looms.â âJeff Childers Unwittingly, that New York Times headline is a wondrous case of the self-solving mystery. You come here to understand the many social and political mysteries of the day. I will attempt to unravel this hairball. Most obviously, the suspect, now dead, in Wednesdayâs Minneapolis school shooting was not a âher.â He was a him, a 23-year-old male, Robert Westman, who had been pretending to be a female for some years since undergoing puberty, with the encouragement of his parents and the cultural...

An Offer He Can't Refuse âThis is not our war. The US is not in a war. Ukraine is in a war. . .â â Secây of State Marco Rubio Volodymyr Zelenskyy is dropping in at the White House today so that Mr. Trump can read him the riot act. Itâs that simple. Somewhere to or from Alaska, Mr. Trump concluded that a ceasefire would not work, for the excellent reason that seven previous ceasefires in Ukraine failed, and only reinforced distrust and disappointment between the warring parties. Instead, the goal is a peace settlement, an end to the war....

Itâs not just a bad hare day. A rapidly spreading virus is causing cottontail rabbits to grow black, tentacle-like growths out of their heads, prompting warnings to steer clear of the mutated animals. The so-called Frankenbunnies have been spotted multiple times in Fort Collins, Colo. Resident Susan Mansfield told 9News she saw a rabbit with what looked like âblack quills or black toothpicks sticking out all around his or her mouth.â

Many of us find Suchet's reading particularly engaging. I feel like I am listening to someone who was there when events unfolded. But there are links to other versions posted below Suchet's video information for those who prefer other readers. :DFreeper redryder_90 and I created these threads to store any observations or comments made by those of us listening David Suchet's narration of the Bible. Prior threads of this series are listed in post #1 below. This week's book is available in a few different formats. Below the video image, I linked Bible Gateway's convenient hub offering David Suchet and...

Today, the Department of Justice announced the launch of the Backpage remission process to compensate victims whose trafficking was facilitated through the Backpage.com website. This marks the largest remission process to date to compensate victims of human trafficking.âBackpage.com facilitated the exploitation of women and children as one of the largest online advertisers for commercial sex and sex trafficking over its 14-year existence,â said Acting Assistant Attorney General Matthew R. Galeotti of the Justice Departmentâs Criminal Division. âBackpage and its executives made millions off the trafficking of victims. Todayâs announcement underscores the Departmentâs unwavering commitment to use forfeiture to take the...

A House panel moved to subpoena Bill and Hillary Clinton in an Epstein investigation. GOP Congressman Scott Perry (PA) called up the motion to subpoena the Clintons during an Oversight subcommittee hearing on the Epstein files. House Oversight Chairman James Comer now has to issue the subpoenas. âThe subpoenas will be issued in the near future,â a House Oversight Committee aide told Fox News. Fox News reported: A House panel Wednesday voted in favor of subpoenaing former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pa., offered a motion during a House Oversight Committee subcommittee...

House Democratic leaders on Wednesday stepped up their hardball criticism of President Trump and the GOP over the Jeffrey Epstein controversy, accusing their rivals of shielding pedophiles by not releasing federal files surrounding the case. The Democrats say the decision by GOP leaders to leave Washington a day early for the long summer recess â a move precipitated by Democratic efforts to force votes compelling the Trump administration to release those files â is indication that Republicans donât want the details of the Epstein case revealed because they might implicate wealthy GOP donors, or even President Trump himself. âWhat a...

@goddeketal BREAKING: Donald Trump just called Republicans who want the Epstein files to be released stupid. Live on TV. TRUMP: âItâs a hoax. Some stupid Republicans and foolish Republicans fall into the net.â Iâm at a loss for words.

President Donald Trump on Wednesday disowned his supporters who have called for the release of files related to Jeffrey Epstein, chiding them as "weaklings" who "bought into this bulls---." The lengthy post on Truth Social represents the clearest split from the faction of his MAGA base that has questioned the Justice Departmentâs handling of the case. My "PAST supporters have bought into this âbulls---â hook, line, and sinker," he said in the post, adding, "Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work, donât even think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I donât want their...

The Department of Homeland Security resumed third-country deportation flights Tuesday by sending five immigrant detainees, all from different countries, to the small nation of Eswatini in southern Africa. The five men from Vietnam, Laos, Jamaica, Cuba and Yemen have criminal backgrounds ranging from murder to sexual assault, according to a social media post by DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin.âThis flight took individuals so uniquely barbaric that their home countries refused to take them back,â McLaughlin wrote.Itâs not clear if the men are in law enforcement custody in Eswatini. Mclaughlin told NBC News, âThatâs up to Eswatini.âThe landlocked country is located between South...

President Donald Trump on Saturday defended Attorney General Pam Bondi as doing a "fantastic job" after she came under fire from some Trump supporters over the Department of Justiceâs handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files. "What's going on with my âboysâ and, in some cases, âgals?' Theyâre all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB," Trump wrote in a lengthy post on Truth Social on Saturday. "Weâre on one Team, MAGA, and I donât like whatâs happening." He referred to Epstein as the "guy who never dies," adding, "For years, itâs Epstein, over and over...

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is one of many on the right who are questioning the Justice Departmentâs claim that sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein did not have a client list. An Axios report published on Sunday revealed a memo indicating that the Justice Department and FBI âhave concluded they have no evidence that convicted sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein blackmailed powerful figures, kept a âclient listâ or was murdered.â âWhat about her little black book?â Greene asked in a Tuesday post on X. âThe 97-page book, contains the names and contact details of almost 2,000 people including world...

Alex Jones gives an extensive break down on why the Trump administration is claiming there is zero evidence that Jeffrey Epstein conducted blackmail, or that he kept an incriminating client list â or that he committed suicide. The DOJ is running cover for the CIA and Mossad. NO ONE IS BUYING THIS!! Next the DOJ will say âActually, Jeffrey Epstein never even existed.â This is over the top sickening.

President Trump's Justice Department and FBI have concluded they have no evidence that convicted sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein blackmailed powerful figures, kept a "client list" or was murdered, according to a memo detailing the findings obtained by Axios. The administration is releasing a video â in both raw and "enhanced" versions â that it says indicates no one entered the area of the Manhattan prison where Epstein was held the night he died in 2019. The video supports a medical examiner's finding that Epstein committed suicide, the two-page memo claims. Why it matters: The findings represent the...

"I can negotiate with a man who wants to make money. I can't negotiate with a communist who wants to kill me." â Josh Lippincott on "X" O, Norman Rockwell, where are you when we really need you? Forgive us, Emma Lazarus, our second thoughts about those huddled masses yearning to breathe free. . . the wretched refuse of your teeming shore(s). That was then and this is now. O, beautiful for spacious skies (but, why so many contrails criss-crossing overhead from the New York Island to the gulf stream waters?). O, land of tattooed grandmas, hostages of the tiny...

Abstract Neurovascular compression (NVC) of the auditory vestibular nerve (AVN) may be one of the causes of intractable dizziness and characteristic tinnitus, which are often described as typewriter-like tinnitus. While these symptoms can be alleviated by oral administration of carbamazepine (CBZ), no standard diagnostic and surgical indications and treatment methods have been established. Microvascular decompression (MVD) is effective for these disorders. We describe two cases where MVD resulted in favorable clinical outcomes, and we also review the relevant literature. Our experience suggests that MVD may be an effective treatment option for patients who exhibit a positive response to CBZ, show...
