El Salvador's Bukele says he can't return man the US mistakenly deported

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -El Salvador President Nayib Bukele said on Monday he had no plans to return a man mistakenly deported from the United States as he met with President Donald Trump at the White House.

The U.S. would help El Salvador build new prisons, Trump added.

The Trump administration has deported hundreds of people, mostly Venezuelans, to El Salvador under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, including a Maryland resident it has acknowledged deporting by mistake.

Bukele said he did not have the power to return Salvadoran Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States.

"The question is preposterous. How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States?" Bukele said, echoing the Trump administration's claim that Abrego Garcia is a member of the MS-13 gang.

Trump, who came into office in January promising to reform U.S. immigration policy, has found a kindred spirit for that effort in Bukele. The migrants El Salvador accepts from the U.S. are housed in a high-security prison critics say engages in human rights abuses.

Trump met Bukele at the White House to discuss further cooperation on security and migration, El Salvador's embrace of Bitcoin, and tariffs.

Rights groups say Bukele has jailed thousands of people without due process in a sweeping crackdown on gangs, claims Bukele rejects.

Bukele told Trump he is accused of imprisoning "thousands" of people. "I like to say that we actually liberated millions," he said.

“Lawyers and relatives of the migrants held in El Salvador say they are not gang members”

Not hard to tell - if they have tattoos, then they are gang members and it’s time to lock them up for life.

He wasn’t here legally. It’s legal to deport illegal aliens. He wasn’t a US citizen. He went back to his own country. No mistake. They can deal with him.

What in the world.

Going on a tour of the White House doesn’t make anyone President.

Well, unless you are Joe Biden.

No can do, Judgei Poo
Me hands are tied
That ain’t no lie

**** This deportation may have been legal or illegal. But I do know that such news travels like wildfire though the so called migrant community. This wild card deportation injects uncertainty into their illegal existence here. And will result in a few thousand- ten thousand self-deportations.

Self deportation makes sense if you have a house, double cab pickup truck and other assets. You can sell what you own in an orderly way (garage sales, eBay) and GTFO with your cash. You might get out with enough money to build a house in El Salvador. Mexico. Guatemala etc.... and live like a King!

It’s his country. If he says he’s not going to smuggle one of his citizens into America for a bunch of raggedity, faggedity junior “judges”, HE CAN DO THAT. THAT’S ONE OF HIS PEOPLE. Americans can find a new Loving American Father of the Year. Maybe an American would be better.

If you listen to Stephen Miller, that’s not true. According to him, the attorney representing ice is the one who made the mistake comment in court, and was suspended for it because he was wrong. The dude was in a gang that is on the terror watchlist, so he wasn’t entitled to the protection the judge gave him. Secondly, they claim the gang he was supposedly in fear of no longer exists. He had a removal order from 2019, which was up held on appeal , his removal was exactly what the Trump administration intended.

All three children have special needs: their son is 5 years old, has autism, is deaf in one ear, and is unable to verbally communicate; the other two children are 9 and 10 years old, with autism and epilepsy, respectively.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia is married to Jennifer Vasquez Sura, a U.S. citizen. Together, they are raising three children. One of these children is their biological son, born while Abrego Garcia was in detention, and the other two are Vasquez Sura’s children from a previous relationship.

Andrew Branca of The Law of Self Defense podcast did a three part series of this case. He had a trial in immigration court, with legal representation. He was a member of MS 13 which he freely admitted. That was his excuse for not wanting to go back to E Salvadore because there was a rival gang that would try to kill him. Unbelievable how MSM freely lies.

Trump sure thinks out of the box. We run our prisons like they are Sunday schools and that’s expensive.
