Attorney General Pam Bondi announced on Friday the Department of Justice (DOJ) will change the policy that allows journalists to hide records and testimony related to suspects in a criminal investigation. In a memo first obtained by Axios, Bondi wrote that federal employees intentionally leaking sensitive information to the media undermines the ability of the Department of Justice to keep America safe. "This conduct is illegal and wrong, and it must stop," Bondi wrote. "Therefore, I have concluded that it is necessary to rescind Merrick Garland's policies precluding the Department of Justice from seeking records and compelling testimony from members...

The founder of the Article III Project, Mike Davis, promised that arrests would soon be made following a closed-door meeting with DOJ officials this week. Davis assured Steve Bannon on his War Room show that Trump’s Justice Department will begin arresting law enforcement officials very soon. “After several meetings with officials inside the Trump Justice Department, arrests will begin soon,” he said. “I met with the attorney general, Pam Bondi, the deputy attorney general, Todd Blanche, the acting No. 3 Chad Maisel, and the incoming No. 3, Stanley Woodward. And I want to reassure the War Room posse that they...

Ty Clevenger has fired off a blistering letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, accusing the FBI of flagrantly concealing critical records about the late DNC staffer Seth Rich and the now-discredited Russia collusion narrative. In February 2024, Clevenger demanded that the FBI hand over the Seth Rich documents they continue to conceal from the public. The FBI’s refusal follows a pattern of obfuscation. For years, the agency denied even possessing Seth Rich’s laptop—until Clevenger’s legal efforts forced the FBI to admit they had it all along. Yet, the agency still refuses to disclose any metadata...

Can you imagine what would have happened if President Donald Trump 45 had the kind of people in his cabinet in the 2020 Summer of Love that he has now? I often think about this. When I hear of another of another Tesla bomber being busted by the feds, however, it gives us a pretty good idea of what those days might have been like. Trump didn’t make it to the White House in 2020. The overwhelming majority of those violent rioters who torched multiple U.S. cities, destroyed other peoples’ property, did billions of dollars in damage, and were responsible...

Charles McGonigal may be the most corrupt FBI official in modern history—and yet somehow, his name has barely made a blip on the radar. This wasn’t some mid-level pencil-pusher. McGonigal was one of the top counterintelligence agents at the FBI’s New York field office. He was directly involved in the bureau’s most sensitive operations, including the infamous “Crossfire Hurricane” probe into (phony) Trump–Russia “collusion.” And after that whole fraudulent mess, it turns out that he was secretly taking money from a Kremlin-linked oligarch and helping shake down Albanian oligarchs on the side. You can’t make this up, right? Now here...

Today, we’re releasing our preliminary findings: ActBlue made its fraud-prevention rules “more lenient” twice in 2024—even though there is extensive fraud on the platform, including from foreign sources. ActBlue admitted that this change led to between 14 and 28 additional fraudulent contributions in the first month alone—potentially totaling thousands of dollars in fraudulent contributions to Democrat campaigns and causes.

Today, Attorney General Pamela Bondi released the following statement: “Luigi Mangione’s murder of Brian Thompson — an innocent man and father of two young children — was a premeditated, cold-blooded assassination that shocked America. After careful consideration, I have directed federal prosecutors to seek the death penalty in this case as we carry out President Trump’s agenda to stop violent crime and Make America Safe Again.”

A Boston judge has held a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent in contempt for executing his duty to detain an illegal immigrant during an ongoing trial. On Thursday, March 27, 2025, ICE agents, ICE agent Brian Sullivan apprehended Wilson Martell-Lebron, a Dominican national illegally residing in the United States, as he exited the Boston Municipal Court. Martell-Lebron, a Dominican national residing illegally in the country using fake identity, was on his second trial for charges related to falsifying information on a driver’s license application. Despite the gravity of his alleged offenses, Boston’s lenient policies had allowed him to...

WASHINGTON — Elon Musk on Tuesday called for the arrest of leaders of “fake” organizations that receive federal funds — saying they represent a politically connected “uniparty” that’s engaged in “money laundering” of taxpayer resources. The Department of Government Efficiency chief’s call for legal action comes as he spearheads efforts to trim annual federal spending by $1 trillion to halve the deficit. “With respect to the non-governmental organizations, these sort of fake NGOs, I think there needs to be a number of arrests,” Musk said in an interview on Fox News’ “The Five.” “These are fake charities [run by] mostly...

Cooper Jo Fredrick, 24, was arrested in Plano, Texas, on suspicion of attacking a Tesla dealership on March 7 in Loveland, Colo., Bondi said. Frederick, a resident of Fort Collins, Colo., allegedly ignited an incendiary device and hurled it at the dealership, narrowly missing several parked vehicles. Frederick was arrested a week after the attack. Federal prosecutors are seeking 20 years in prison, Bondi said. In addition to the federal charges against him, Frederick is also facing local charges, including second-degree arson and possession of explosives or incendiary devices.

Representative Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) said Monday on MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” that she was training Americans to help take down a potential “dictatorship” of President Donald Trump. At her resistance lab training, Jayapal said, “It appears that the Trump administration is willing to ignore judicial decisions and so that brings us to you in this room. It brings us to the people that is really, the bulwark, the wall against the crumbling of democracy.” Maddow said, “Help me understand this idea of the resistance lab and what you’re talking about in practical terms at these events.” Jayapal said, “Yeah...

While speaking to far-left political commentator David Packman, New York Governor Kathy Hochul committed to obstructing President Donald Trump’s mass deportation agenda by promising to prevent New York State police from cooperating with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). When a clip of her freak-out was posted to X, conservative commentators reacted by calling for the Democrat’s arrest, citing laws which ban state officials from disobeying federal mandates. For context, her remarks align with New York’s longstanding sanctuary policies, which include a 2017 executive order limiting state cooperation with ICE and a 2020 law banning ICE arrests in courthouses. This radical...

"Who is funding and organizing all these paid protests?" Musk posted to X early Sunday morning, accompanied by a video clip of podcast host Joe Rogan discussing left-wing protests in recent days. A "Tesla Takedown" movement formed in recent days, with more than 200 protests planned on Saturday in the U.S., and another few hundred planned protests in Canada and Europe as part of the "global day of action." In the U.S. the protests slated for Saturday were promoted by actors, filmmakers, congressional legislators, academics and activists who led a "mass mobilizing call" last week to rally support, and described...
