VIDEOThere is a very very obvious "Tell" that CNN uses when trying to deny that the Democrats are using Lawfare against President Donald Trump. It is when their reporters say "We know" that it's not true that the Democrats are using that Lawfare. CNN reporter Alayna Treene just recited this CNN Tell while pretending that the Democrats are not conducting Lawfare against President Trump when he brought up the topic at his Wildwood NJ speech. Keep looking for CNN to continue invoking "WE KNOW!" whenever trying to deny the OBVIOUS about Democrat Lawfare against President Trump.

Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) told his colleagues this week top party donors were "furious" with the number of Republicans — including Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell — who voted for the bipartisan infrastructure bill, two sources familiar with his remarks tell Axios' Alayna Treene. Why it matters: Scott chairs the National Republican Senatorial Committee, which relies on donors to help it elect candidates — and re-elect incumbents. The criticism highlighted how toxic the vote has become for the 19 Senate and 13 House Republicans who joined with Democrats to pass it. McConnell is already being lambasted by former President Trump...

Former Olympic decathlete and reality TV star Caitlyn Jenner has filed her initial paperwork to run for governor of California and will officially announce her bid later today, her campaign tells Axios. The big picture: Jenner, a longtime Republican, is seeking to replace Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom in a recall election, hoping her celebrity status and name recognition can yield an upset in the nation's most populous state. But in deep-blue California, she's decidedly not branding herself as a Trump Republican even as she's counting on some of the former president's advisers to drive her strategy. She's assembled a team...

If Donald Trump finally follows through on his rage and fires Jeff Sessions, the image with this story will be printed in history books. Tonight at 7:35pm, the Attorney General strode into a high-end Washington restaurant to dine with his deputy Rod Rosenstein and the Solicitor General Noel Francisco. The symbolism was unmistakable: the three top ranking officials in the Justice Department appearing together in a show of solidarity on the same day Trump is publicly and privately raging about Sessions. When Trump sees this photo he'll have to absorb a concept that some of his aides have been trying...
