The D.C. Chapter of Free Republic invites all FReepers and Lurkers in good standing to join us in a vigil outside the condominium where Chandra Levy lived until her disappearance a year ago. On Saturday, the D.C. Chapter decided to meet at the Newport condominium on May 1. We learned in the Sunday papers that Mr. and Mrs. Levy, Chandra's parents, will be at the Newport condominium that same day. We do not know what time they will arrive, but the D.C.
