On Saturday, the D.C. Chapter decided to meet at the Newport condominium on May 1. We learned in the Sunday papers that Mr. and Mrs. Levy, Chandra's parents, will be at the Newport condominium that same day. We do not know what time they will arrive, but the D.C.
