Massachusetts law faces fierce criticism from legal scholars, scientists, and prosecutors as you cannot prove a negative (disproving the existence of something that leaves no physical footprint, like a specific psychiatric defect at a precise moment in the past). Because of this, the Massachusetts legal framework creates a deeply controversial paradox in practice. The court system tries to bypass this scientific impossibility by changing the definitions. Legally, the state argues they aren’t requiring prosecutors to prove a negative. Instead, they insist that prosecutors are required to prove a positive behavioral state (the presence of rational, goal-directed, and controlled behavior). However,...

"With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints" (Eph. 6:18). Your desire to know God should motivate you toward fervent prayer. Man's highest purpose is to know God. Jesus prayed to the Father, saying, "This is eternal life, that they may know Thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom Thou hast sent" (John 17:3). Of us He said, "I am the good shepherd; and I know My own, and My own know Me" (John 10:14). John...

It was a small gesture with big historical, moral, and political impact. During his visit to France, Pope Leo XIV stopped and prayed in front of a staircase at the Garden of the Carmelites on the campus of the Catholic University of Paris. Those stairs—just four small steps—are etched with the words, Hic Cicidereunt (“Here they fell,” as in, were killed, in Latin). Pretty flowers garlanded the gray stone as the Pope paused, and the cameras clicked and whirred. …

🇺🇸Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem🇮🇱 (9/28/26)[Prayer]Personalities Psalm 36[a]For the director of music. Of David the servant of the Lord.1 I have a message from God in my heart concerning the sinfulness of the wicked:[b] There is no fear of God before their eyes.2 In their own eyes they flatter themselves too much to detect or hate their sin.3 The words of their mouths are wicked and deceitful; they fail to act wisely or do good. 4 Even on their beds they plot evil; they commit themselves to a sinful course and do not reject what is wrong.5 Your love,...

t seems that the Democrats have already settled on a candidate for the ’28 presidential contest. It’s always a good idea to get ahead of the game, to make your arrangements early so as to guarantee a smooth, simple process and to ensure that all the pressure is on the opposition. At least that’s what you might think until you realize that the candidate is… Kamala Harris. This is one of those things that causes you to stare off into space and consider whether you’ve slipped through a transdimensional portal and ended up in an alternate timeline where humans evolved...

If you have ever been stuck in traffic wishing your car could sprout wings, Samson Sky has been working on something pretty close. Its Switchblade flying car can drive out of your garage and take you to a nearby airport. Once there, the wings come out, the tail extends and the vehicle becomes an airplane. You heard right, an airplane. After landing, everything folds back inside so you can drive the rest of the way. That idea has been around for years. What makes Switchblade worth another look right now is that Samson says it has secured an $80 million...

While the UK has swapped out its previous prime minister, Keir Starmer, who failed to prosecute Muslim sex grooming gangs while heading the Crown Prosecution Service, for current PM Andy Burnham, who did little about Muslim sex grooming gangs when he was mayor of Greater Manchester, Shabana Mahmood, a Pakistani Muslim, has been heading up the UK’s security and immigration ministry. Mahmood has promised a swift crackdown on illegal migration, but don’t worry, it’s a swift crackdown on Christian and non-Muslim migrants. According to Oxford’s Migration Observatory, “the number of asylum seekers in the UK reached the highest number on...

A brand-protection firm is working to take down a map that shows Flock Safety’s artificial intelligence-powered camera network is larger than the company publicly stated. Cybersecurity researcher Joshua Michael published a map on Wednesday showing more than 300,000 Flock devices across the U.S., including more than 170,000 Flock cameras. Doppel, an “AI-native social engineering defense platform,” filed a trademark complaint Thursday to have the map removed... These findings arise as lawmakers heard statements about the issues surrounding these cameras in a Wednesday Senate Judiciary Subcommittee hearing on Crime and Counterterrorism. Michael built his “Flock Surveillance Map” with Flock location data...

Few things make me happier than seeing phony Catholic left-wing front groups that I have been battling for years go under. I fought Catholics United and Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good—I debated them and discredited them—and they no longer exist. I fought Faith in Public Life for a long time, and its obituary is now official. I know I will be criticized for gloating. My critics are right—I am over the moon. We knew last year when Faith in Public Life laid off 90 percent of its staff—they went from 19 employees to two in August 2025—that they...

The arrogance of the oligarchs is extraordinary. THEY WANT IT ALL. In this election, Musk and other billionaires will spend huge amounts of money to make sure that Congress works for them — not working families. We can beat them. Educate. Organize. Get your friends to vote.

This video explores how Canon is challenging ASML's dominant monopoly in the semiconductor industry with its innovative nanoimprint lithography (NIL) technology. Key takeaways: The Challenge: While ASML relies on incredibly expensive and complex Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) light systems (costing up to $350 million) (1:26), Canon has developed the FPA-1200NZ2C, a system that uses a physical stamp to pattern chips (0:23, 4:37). This method is significantly cheaper and more energy-efficient (0:23, 7:45). The Technology: Nanoimprint works by pressing a mold directly into a polymer on a wafer (3:13). While historically plagued by contamination issues, Canon—through its 2014 acquisition of Molecular Imprints—has...
