For more than half a century, Americans have been urged to shy away from saturated fats, found mainly in animal products. We have been told to cook with canola oil instead of butter, select skim instead of whole milk, and to fill our plates with pasta instead of steak. Paradoxically, decades of adherence to this advice has coincided with rising levels of chronic disease. As people cut more saturated fat from their diets, the nation grew heavier and sicker — not healthier. Put plainly, the war on saturated fat, rooted in the hypothesis that it causes heart disease, has never...

ICE on Long Island has the same problem as ICE everywhere in the USA, that is, Democrats have made it extremely difficult to arrest and deport even the most vicious criminal aliens. CBS News NY’s Local reporter Carolyn Gusoff interviewed Bryan Flanagan, the ICE Assistant Field Office Director for Long Island. He told her about the targets for that day. The targets were three undocumented men living in Hempstead, Nassau County, accused of violent crimes. Flanagan said their first target stabbed a nurse, yet walked free after his court appearance. New York law bars ICE from making an arrest inside...

Suppressing the Holy Mass Has Never Worked… And It Won’t NowWhat if a European country had suppressed the Catholic Church and Her Holy Mass relentlessly, non-stop for 300 years—a time period longer than the United States has even been in existence? Generation after generation of ruthless state-run Catholic suppression. How could that nation possibly remain Catholic? Well, just ask the Irish! The truth is, in spite of millions of Catholics over the centuries losing their freedoms, their earthly possessions—and in the end, their very lives—at the hands of suppressors, this unholy activity has never worked particularly well against the Church...

El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele responded to allegations by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about the conditions at the Terrorism Confinement Center (CECOT), the country’s maximum-security prison that has received migrants deported from the United States. Bukele was responding to a post on X by Clinton that was accompanied by an 11-minute video of the PBS Frontline documentary titled: “Surviving CECOT.” “Curious to learn more about CECOT?” she wrote. “Hear Juan, Andry, and Wilmer share firsthand how the Trump administration branded them as gang members without evidence and deported them to the brutal El Salvadoran prison.” […] In response,...

Growing up in the 70’s and 80’s, watching the Christmas specials was a huge part of Christmas. Before the day of DVR, and when VCR tapes were just emerging, catching the live Christmas specials was an exciting event and my eyes were glued to the TV. I caught every nuance of every program over the years, and of course had questions. Like, in Frosty the Snowman, why does Karen wear gloves and mittens yet her legs are fully exposed to the cold? And if you watch carefully, when the children run out of the school house, a little boy jumps...

The State Department is taking decisive action against five individuals who have led organized efforts to coerce American platforms to censor, demonetize, and suppress American viewpoints they oppose. These radical activists and weaponized NGOs have advanced censorship crackdowns by foreign states—in each case targeting American speakers and American companies. As such, I have determined that their entry, presence, or activities in the United States have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States. Based on these determinations, the Department has taken steps to impose visa restrictions on agents of the global censorship-industrial complex who, as a result, will...

A prominent Rhode Island Democrat was caught on camera belligerently chiding a cop and calling him a “d–k” during a wild DUI traffic stop where she ranted, “God forbid I was a black person, I’d be arrested.” Cranston Democratic Committee chair Maria Bucci — who is connected to the state gubernatorial candidate — berated police with a series of insults while asking them “You know who I am, right?” when she was pulled over shortly after midnight last Thursday on an East Greenwich road, the bodycam footage shows. The numerous outbursts took place while East Greenwich cops were attempting to...

A salacious letter purportedly written by Jeffrey Epstein that directly referenced President Trump is fake, the Justice Department said Tuesday. “The FBI has confirmed that this alleged letter from Jeffrey Epstein to Larry Nassar is FAKE,” the DOJ wrote on X hours after it pledged it was “looking into the validity of this alleged letter.” Epstein purportedly wrote the letter to fellow jailed sex offender Larry Nassar — the disgraced USA Gymnastics doctor who is serving hundreds of years of prison for abusing girls under his care.

An amateur sleuth and self-taught cryptography expert is convinced he’s cracked the notorious unsolved Zodiac and Black Dahlia murders — and that the killer is the same man. Alex Baber — a 50-year-old West Virginian with autism — used AI programs and his codebreaking prowess to whittle down the Zodiac killer’s infamous 1970 clue he sent to newspapers and identify a single suspect with an overwhelming connection across all the murders: a late Chicagoan named Marvin Margolis. “It’s my autism. Once I start on something, I have to see it through. The deeper I go, the harder I push. My...
