An appeals court on Tuesday ruled in favor of President Donald Trump’s ban on “transgenders” serving in the U.S. military.
The Trump administration just scored a legal victory against woke insanity and for military reform. In the case of Nicolas Talbott, et al. v. United States, D.C. Circuit Court Judges Katsas and Rao ruled in favor of the Trump administration’s transgender ban.

Consistent with the military mission and longstanding DoD policy, expressing a false "gender identity" divergent from an individual's sex cannot satisfy the rigorous standards necessary for military service. Beyond the hormonal and surgical medical interventions involved, adoption of a gender identity inconsistent with an individual's sex conflicts with a soldier's commitment to an honorable, truthful, and disciplined lifestyle, even in one's personal life. A man's assertion that he is a woman, and his requirement that others honor this falsehood, is not consistent with the humility and selflessness required of a service member.
Darn it, I thought we needed MORE people with mental disorders in the military!
Seriously, trans people need mental help. We don’t need them in combat.

IMHO most trans people don’t really think of themselves as trans and, therefore, don’t really need mental help. They’re just attention whores and it’s best to ignore them and not let them get their way.

Here’s my concern with this. The judges were appointed by Trump. I’d be so much happier if the appointment was by a Democrat. Other than judges appointed by either Bush, it seems that you can predict what the judgment will be based on who appointed them or what party they are registered to. While the judgement points toward judicial sanity, what it doesn’t point to is our culture finally coming back together. (Judge Cornelia Pillard, appointed by Obama, dissented.)
I remember political discussions with my father’s generation of men. Democrats to a man. You could talk about anything, disagree, and still nobody was “offended” or angry. It was just a discussion, and you were not expected to agree or die.
