Whether it’s the keffiyeh that they wear pulled over the face, which both hides the wearer and expresses his support for the killers of Hamas, or the other mask that they wear that has so many different names — ski-mask in the U.S., balaclavain the UK, cagoule in France, and passamontagna in Italy (this may be some sort of record: four widely-different names for the same article of clothing). The brownshirts who have been stomping on American campuses want to be sure the authorities will not identify them as they unleash their physical and moral mayhem, harassing, and at times...

A man who died five centuries ago has emerged as a symbol of something he never could have imagined. Sunday on his social media platform Truth Social, President Donald Trump announced his plan to restore the late-15th-century Genoese explorer Christopher Columbus to his once-lofty perch among the venerated heroes of Western and American history. The announcement served as a welcome sign that the president has not forgotten his promised National Garden of American Heroes. On Jan. 18, 2021, only two days before the end of his first presidential term, Trump issued Executive Order 13978. In Section 3, the president identified...

A lawyer for Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre — who killed herself at her home in Australia — has cast doubt on her suicide, insisting, “We’ve got big question marks over it.” Karrie Louden claimed the 41-year-old mother had shown no sign she wanted to harm herself before she was found dead at her farm in Western Australia last Friday. “When I got the phone call, I was like, ‘Are you joking?’ Because there was no sign that that was something she was considering,” .... Louden, who had represented Giuffre since January, expressed skepticism over her family’s shocking announcement that...

The Trump administration is open to arresting Supreme Court judges, as White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told it on Monday morning. “You guys arrested a Milwaukee County Circuit judge for allegedly helping illegal immigrants get away,” Fox News’s Peter Doocy asked Leavitt. “As you guys look at other judges, would you ever arrest somebody higher up on the judicial food chain, like a federal judge or even a Supreme Court justice?” “That’s a hypothetical question, again I defer you to the Department of Justice for individuals that they are looking at or individual cases. But let’s be clear about...

US President Donald Trump wants to see a permanent ceasefire to bring the war in Ukraine to a complete stop, the White House said Monday in response to Russia's unilateral three-day pause. "I understand Vladimir Putin this morning offered a temporary ceasefire. The (US) president has made it clear he wants to see a permanent ceasefire, first, to stop the killing, stop the bloodshed, and while he remains optimistic he can strike a deal, he's also being realistic as well," spokesperson Karoline Leavitt told reporters. "Both leaders need to come to the table to negotiate their way out of this....

A major power outage hit Spain and Portugal on Monday, including their capitals, knocking out subway networks, phone lines, traffic lights and ATM machines. A graph on Spain's electricity network website showing demand across the country indicated a steep drop around 12:15 p.m. from 27,500MW to near 15,000MW. A couple of hours later, Spain's electricity network operator said it was recovering power in the north and south of the peninsula, which would help to progressively restore the electricity supply nationwide. In Portugal, a country of some 10.6 million people, the outage hit the capital, Lisbon, and surrounding areas, as well...

U.S. — Members of the judiciary were revealed to be sporting a new look, as President Donald Trump issued new striped robes to be worn by federal judges. The President said the change from the traditional black judge's robes to black and white stripes, which came on the heels of the Trump Department of Justice's arrest of judges for allegedly providing aid to illegal aliens, was more fitting. "These beautiful new robes are absolutely perfect," Trump told reporters. "It's time to update the attire worn by judges to more accurately reflect the role they play in our country. From now...

MSNBC host and former Biden Press Secretary Jen Psaki stridently defended her network's "all negative, all the time coverage of Donald Trump because it's what our viewers want. If we want them to loyally watch us we must be loyal to their values--the foremost of which is hatred for the man." "We're being realistic here," she insisted. "MSNBC is not a widely watched network. We have shrunk down to a narrowly circumscribed niche market for the most rabidly anti-Trump ideologues. They don't want balanced coverage. They have no toleration for anything that doesn't feed the flames of their antagonism for...

The Riley Gaines Act, which will take effect on July 1, requires that student athletes from kindergarten through college compete according to their biological sex, not what they may identify as. The law further requires the state to provide separate locker rooms and changing facilities for male and female athletes. “It will establish clearly in Georgia law that males are not allowed to compete in female...

The Biden administration released millions of illegal immigrants into the U.S. interior “on purpose,” Tom Homan, President Donald Trump’s border czar, said during a press conference Monday morning. “And as far as releasing so many people — you know why the Biden administration released millions of people United States?” Homan asked. “No one ever talks about, I’ll talk about it.” “Why did they release people into the interior United States rather than put them into an ICE bed? Why not put them in an empty ICE bed, $127 a night, rather than a hotel at 500 bucks a night?” Homan...
